SCALE OF FEES BY ENGINEERING CONSULTANCY PRACTICE

In exercise of the powers conferred by paragraph 4(1)(d) of the Registration of Engineers

Act 1967 (the Act), the Board of Engineers Malaysia (the Board), with the approval of the
Minister, fixes the Scale of Fees to be charged by registered Engineers and Engineering
Consultancy Practice (ECP) for professional engineering and advice rendered.

2. The Board has reminded all Professional Engineers with Practising Certificate
(PEPC) and ECP that offering fees below the BEM Scale of Fees 1998 is a clear
contravention to the Act.
