AGENDA 01|024: PRELIMINARY
The chairman called on the meeting and we had an opening prayer from Moses Adoyo.
AGENDA 2|024: CONFIRMATION OF PREVIOUS MINUTES
The minutes for the previous meeting were read by the Secretary. Minutes were
confirmed to be true by member Isaih Ochich seconded by George Ochieng.
AGENDA 3|024: CONFIRMATION OF MEMBERS CONTRIBUTIONS
Chairman encouraged all the members who had a deficit in their contributions to do so
by the end of the month.
AGENDA 04|024 JOINING A SACCO AS A GROUP / JOINING KUPA KENYA
ORGANIZATION
Group came up and shared about joining the SHOFCO Sacco and KUPA Kenya
Organization as a group.
Members discussed about how to raise the money for joining the sacco. Officials to
apply for KRA Pin to open a group account with Cooperative Bank. After a lengthy
discussion, the present members agreed to join KUPA Kenya as a welfare first, then later
join sacco. For the group to do all this, the group must be registered by the SDO.
Whereby we agreed to withdraw Ksh.4000 to cater for constitution, minutes and
registration.
AGENDA 05|024: MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION FOR JOINING SHOFCO SACCO
Members discussed about monthly subscription and they concluded to pay Ksh.100
each monthly which was to be paid first week of the month.
AGENDA 06|024 AOB
One member raised an issue about our development as a Self Help Group. The members
urged the office to sit and come up with a plan on how we are going to develop.
AGENDA 07|024 ADJOURNMENT
There being no any other business, the meeting ended at 5:15p.m with a prayer from
member Samuel Chore. The next meeting will be arranged later.
