Step1: Slide the Shear sleeve over the Tension Mandrel such that the half

Slide the Collet over the Tension

Mandrel and place the 2 stop rings
inside the Collet such that the 2
stop rings make one full circle
around the Tension Mandrel as
shown below

If the bottom of the Tension Mandrel is not flushed with the bottom of the Collet then it means that the
half moon shoulder in the Shear sleeve is not positioned inside the Half moon cavity in the Tension
Mandrel. Rotate the Mandrel to place the Half moon shoulder in the cavity

Place the 2 set screws in the Shear sleeve and tighten it with Allen-key

Screw the Cap over the Shear sleeve

Place your thumb at the point shown in red circle and then push it in the clockwise direction to screw
it on the Top of the Tension Mandrel. Keep Screwing the spring until the top of the spring is across the
topmost thread of the Tension Mandrel. The WAK is now ready to go.

Remove the set

Make up the Setting Sleeve to the CPST / HST and put the set screws

The spring should house inside the notch of the adapter as shown in the
next slide

Push the Tension Mandrel inside the CPST /HST adapter (with the
Lock spring inside the groove of the adapter) and screw it by rotating
it in the clockwise Direction. Keep screwing until the setting sleeve
hits the top sub of the Copperhead. We’re now READY to RIH
