3.1 Re-evaluation of Executive Committee and Portfolios - Discussion: Disciplinary committee noted the executives breach of the constitution. - Points raised: The addition of certain portfolios - Understanding current portfolios Collaborative efforts What was achieved in 3 months - Decisions: Re-evaluate the constitution for amendment. - Actions: To reconvene Semester 2 - Actions to be take by CRTBS general members 3.2. Addressing concerns - Discussion: Review of the constitution and highlighting of points breached - Key points: 1.3.1; 1.4.1; 1.4.3 – 1.5.1; 3.1.1; 4.4.4 – 4.4.9; 5.5.4 - Decisions: 1. Start over and put a new committee in immediately 2. Start over and put a new committee in Semester 2 3. Continue as things previously were - Decisions made: Start over and place a new committee Semester 2 - Actions: Removal of the executive committee with immediate effect - Actions taken, by Disciplinary Committee and attendees

- Discussion during open floor: 3.3.1. Sli Masango – Confused because last year’s Secretary was not fulfilling his duties as they were all done by his Deputy Secretary, he does not attend meetings is it right that he still be a Secretary still? 3.3.2. Nandi Makhaye – Purpose of the meeting and evaluating the portfolios. 3.3.3. Vuyo Buthelezi – Asked whether we will have a new constitution or amending the currently existing and in terms of portfolios which will used? - Key points: Review of the constitution and took into consideration the portfolios existing within the constitution. - Decisions: When selecting the next executive committee portfolios within the (amended) constitution will be used. - Actions: Reconvene Semester 2 and amend constitution - Actions to be taken, by CRTBS general members
