5. What is the project environment? Discuss the importance of understanding the project
environment in monitoring and evaluation of development projects. [100]

6. (a) Identify Project Management knowledge areas for a government agency of your
choice and set out project objectives based on these areas. [50]

(b) Discuss the risks that are likely to affect the attainment of the objectives that
