INVITATION FOR BID

Tender Ret. No. NCB/OCC-041/2024

Oromia Construction Corporation (OCC) has intended to invite eligible bidders for the procurement of
DESKTOP COMPUTERS Therefore, interested bidders are invited to participate for the supply of the items
fulfilling the following criteria.

1.A complete bidding document shall be purchased by an interested bidder's with presence of renewed
relevant trade license 2016 E.C., Registration certificate issued from Ministry of Finance and Economic
Development as registered in Supplier List, VAT Registration certificate, TIN (Tax Identification Number) &
Relevant Tax Clearance Certificate

2. The bid document will be obtained upon payment of non-refundable 400.00 (Four hundred) birr in cash.

3. The bidder's need to provide bid security of Birr 200,000.00(Two Hundred Thousand) birr in the form of
C.P.O or unconditional and irrevocable bank guarantee.

4.The bid will be closed on May 14, 2024 G.C at 2:00 P.M. and opened on the same date at 2:30 PM 7.

5. OCC reserves the right to accept or reject partially or the entire bid.
