maintained in and around the vending machines. Therefore, these suggestions also align with the findings
of Griffiths et al. (2020), Sowers et al. (2019, and Kidd et al. (2014).
1. Conclusion
In conclusion, university students, especially the 1 st year ones are dissatisfied with the vending machines'
product range and variety and want the machines to be located in convenient areas with cleanliness
maintained. However, this research has limitations and further study is required.
