Plaintiff:

(a) US$196,993.36 or its Hong Kong Dollar equivalent at the time of payment

together with interest on US$178,667.50 or its Hong Kong Dollar equivalent

at the time of payment at the rate of 1.00% per annum over the Plaintiff’s US

Dollar Prime Rate plus penal interest at the rate of 2.5% per annum from the
 16th day of August 2011 to the date hereof and thereafter at the judgement rate

until payment; and

(b) Fixed costs of HK$12,045.00.
