Questions to ask from IIT

1. Prior access to companies of startup fair (to convert sponsorship for our fest)
2. Their previous stand that their and our workshops will be integrated, do they still
stand on it ? if not, can we get access to their speakers for speaker
sessions/workhops
3. Right to sell our passes in their campus
4. Can we get access to contact numbers of their sponsors and vendors ?
5. Is it possible to get access to their sports facilities at some discounted rates for ARB
sports?
6. We can set up stalls for their product startups in our fest, which will be on a revenue
sharing basis. This can be one of their prizes to their competitions. (if they want)

Questions to ask from Co-ordinators

1. Expected dates for startup fair and Pitching comp ( so that it does not clash with any
of our prefest/fest)
2. Can we actually get investor for their investor outreach ?
3. Is it possible to get access to their sports facilities at some discounted rates ?
4. We can also give passes for ARB, if they request.

Changes
1. We can give students’ database but the pgp alumni database cannot be guaranteed.
2. For Offline publicity, need approval from HSA
3. Collaborative Branding till the completion of their fest.

Discussion points after Meet with Fest Cs

1. Informal passes stall

Description: i shall have the right to sell informals passes in the IIT Indore premises
during the ndore event. The revenue generated through the means is not liable to be
shared with E-Cell IIT Indore in any proportion under any circumstances whatsoever.
Online workshops
Description: E-Cell IIT Indore shall be liable to ensure participants from their institute,
no less than a hundred, for the online workshops conducted by AtharvRanbhoomi.
E-Cell IIT Indore will forward workshop links and promotions to their institute’s
student body through institute mails, shared by AtharvRanbhoomi.
2. Sponsorship cross-promotions
Descritpion: Say the event “Pitching Competition and Startup Fair” is to be
collaborated upon. AtharvRanbhoomi shall exercise the right to sell the event and
bring sponsorship. E-Cell IIT Indore is liable to promote this sponsor. For the
question of sponsorship; irrespective of the type (finances; credit or cash; in-kind; or
anything) AtharvRanbhoomi reserves the complete right to utilise these in any way it
deems fit with no exclusive access to E-Cell IIT Indore
3. Official Announcement
E-Cell IIT Indore will officially announce AtharvRanbhoomi as their partner for the
Pitching Competition and Startup Fair on all their social media platforms.
4. Collaborative Branding
E-Cell IIT Indore will mention the collaboration with Atharv IIM Indore in all their
posts, emails, and social media promotions. Atharv IIM Indore will also be included in
the cc of invitation and publicity emails.
5. Complimentary Passes
The team of AtharvRanbhoomi will be provided with five free passes for the paid
events of IIT Indore E-Summit
