Letter of complaint

Dear Sir/Madam

I am writing to you, because I want You to know about my dissatisfaction of the sweater I bought
from you last week.

First of all, I’ve been a regular customer of You and your products for many years now and I was
always satisfied connected to the quality of your clothes, but after what happened last time, my
opinion has changed a lot.

After I unboxed the item I ordered, I suddenly spot that something is wrong about it. I saw that the
mateial of the sweater at the neck is damaged, especially is torn. Unfortunately I can not wear it this
way and I would not like to deal with the sewing since it was quite expensive.

Secondly, I did not get that size, what I ordered and you promise I will get in the email you sent to me.
It was size L and it should has been size S. Anyway I tried it on however it naturally did not fit me.

I know that mistakes happen, but the products you sell can not let these kinds of failures because of
the price and the quality You “guaratee”. I hope You can get into details and find out what went
wrong, because this was unacceptable for me. I do not want any refund as I am not going to order
anything from your website from now on.
