The Power of The Web and The Internet
Objective:

At the end of the exercise, the students should be able to:

▪ Use multimedia to illustrate the power of the Web and the Internet.

Requirements:

▪ Internet Connection
▪ Media Editing Tools
▪ MS Word

Instructions: (50 points)

1. Create a 3-minute video displaying the power of the web and the internet.
2. The video must discuss at least three (3) of the pointers:
o Comparison of the before and after effects of the web/internet
o Devices run by the internet
o Powerful applications found on the web
o Effects of the web and the internet on society, etc.
3. Provide a voice-over to further explain the content, functions, devices, etc. featured in the video.
4. Using MS Word, summarize the video in no less than five (5) sentences.

Performance Standards Points

The explanation is concise and detailed. 15
The student summarized the video in no less than five (5) sentences. 10
