1. Liability and Damages:


o Probationary employees are expected to render a 30-day notice when
resigning.
o Failing to do so may result in the employee being held liable for damages
incurred by the employer3.
2. Compensation and Costs:
o If an employee decides to end their contract within the probation period, the
employer may be entitled to compensation.
o For instance, if the resignation is for another job, a more extended notice
period and compensation for incurred costs may apply4.

The Employee acknowledges that they are currently undergoing a probationary period with the

In the event that the Employee chooses to resign from their position during the probationary period,
the following penalties shall apply:

a. *Repayment of Training Costs:* The Employee agrees to reimburse the Employer for any costs
incurred by the Employer for training or professional development provided to the Employee during
