*Penalties Agreement for Resignation During Probation Period*
a. *Repayment of Training Costs:* The Employee agrees to reimburse the Employer for any costs
incurred by the Employer for training or professional development provided to the Employee during
the probationary period. The reimbursement amount shall be [Specify Amount or Percentage].
b. *Forfeiture of Benefits:* The Employee acknowledges that certain benefits, such as [List Benefits,
e.g., relocation assistance, signing bonus, etc.], provided by the Employer are contingent upon
successful completion of the probationary period. In the event of resignation during the probationary
period, the Employee forfeits entitlement to these benefits.

upon resignation during the probationary period. This fee is intended to compensate the Employer for
