I really like the wisdom of traditional Chinese medicine and the concept of health

maintenance. Today I will share how to maintain health. It is mentioned in the


classic Chinese medicine "Huangdi Neijing" that the life span of human beings in
ancient times was about a hundred years old. This was because people at that time
understood the concept of health maintenance of "the unity of nature and man".
Work, rest, and diet follow the laws of the universe/seasons.

1. From 5 to 7 o'clock in the morning, the large intestine is opened. Drink warm
water🍄🍵 on an empty stomach to promote defecation.

2. 7-9 a.m. is when the stomach meridian is opened. Eat breakfast🍄🍵 for good
digestion.

3. From 9 to 11 a.m., the spleen meridian is opened and is responsible for


transportation and transformation. It is best to absorb at this time.

4. From 11 to 13 noon, the heart meridian is opened. Take a nap to nourish the mind
and get more rest.

5. From 13:00 to 15:00 in the afternoon, the small intestine meridian opens, which
is responsible for absorption and fast fat growth.

6. From 15:00 to 17:00 in the afternoon, the bladder meridian is opened, drink more
water🍄🍵 to speed up metabolism.

7. From 17:00 to 19:00 in the afternoon, the kidney meridian is opened, increase
exercise and strengthen the body.

8. From 19:00 to 21:00 in the evening, the pericardial meridian is opened, and

9. From 21 to 23 o'clock in the evening, the triple burner meridian is opened. Go

10. From 23:00 to 1:00 p.m., the gallbladder meridian opens, secreting bile and
fat.

11. From 1 to 3 a.m., the liver meridian is opened and nourishes the liver. I

12. From 3 to 5 a.m., the lung meridian is opened, controlling breathing,
