I am a proud member of team EKAM, and I hope this letter finds you well.

We are a team of 15
students, ranging from grades 7 to 10, and are getting ready to go on a very inspiring and mindful
venture at First Tech Challenge (FTC). It is our first time taking part. However, with us being a team
of technologically well-versed students and experienced mentors, we are bound to make a mark.
Our primary objective is to leverage your platform to spread awareness about our mission and inspire
others to join the world of robotics, gaining exposure to STEM education. We, at EKAM are quite
excited to introduce ourselves and hope to embark on an inspiring journey with you!

“At EKAM, we MAKE. At EKAM, we INNOVATE. At EKAM, we CREATE!”, is not just our slogan, but
rather our motivational moral which pushes us EKIANS towards our end goals.

We are reaching out to you to seek your support for the following:

1. Expanding Our Outreach: Our mission extends beyond the competition. We aim to expand
our outreach and inspire others to join the world of robotics and have exposure to STEM
Education. With your support, we can encourage and promote the creation of new FTC
teams, fostering a new spirit of learning, innovation, and collaboration in the upcoming
youth.
2. Educational Initiatives: Our morals teach us to help bring knowledge to the greater world.
Hence, we want to initiate events and workshops at NGOs for the underprivileged. This will
unlock new potentials of the young minds. We are looking for sponsors where we can
together create a platform to help spread awareness among the underprivileged teams to
help them get an equal chance to participate.
3. Marketing: We hope to expand our program towards a greater audience like larger
companies, bigger personalities, and highly qualified people in the field: this will help by
exponentially increasing the received merit among the STEM and Technological community.
