Important note to those who are using this book and
content ..........
1) you need to first, ask yourself as to "why this information may have been captured" this way
and published it in this book, this way.
2) without such "investigative, inquisitive, interest or enthusiasm", you will not appreciate the
effortful thought, that may have been put, to select this information. Some information captured,
is to bring you the basic realisation needed, some as your goals to accomplish, some as your
instructions to accomplish these goals..... and you need your "intelligence and you wise
attention" to absorb and implement this step.
3) once you have comprehended this need, with the willingness within you, you then need to
familiarise yourself with the content, the meanings, the Pali pronunciations, familiarising the
content & how you are going to "absorb, adopt, adapt and adjust" with what you have realised
from the content captured.
4) then you need to have the determined effort (Āthāpi), to adopt these as part of your
commitment, to elevate your "occupation", "character", "personality", "your eventualities",
"situational circumstances" etc ...... and learn to live, with such "Preceptedness" (Sēka
Patipadā) which will guarantee the accomplishment of the chosen goals.
5) without the "commitment with such "Sila, Discipline, Principles, Morality or Precepts" (Sēka
Patipadā), you will continue to linger in the convention (Loukika world), making new cankers
(Sanskārā's) and making others live your chosen ways (Sanskārā's). Also increasing your
cravings and desires (Kāma Thanhā), as everything around you today, has been designed,
developed and manufactured, toward increasing your "choice to choose from" (Kāma Thanhā).
So the "ball is in your court" to play with. If you choose you will win. If you don't, you will be left
behind. There is no in-betweens, in this message or in this part of the implementation, of this
Dhamma. There is only so much "assistance" one can receive, when it comes to the "mind and
the thinking of another" there is nothing more to offer, with such recommended practice.
Try to learn, some of the recitals as they are new. The two areas that will help you, are the
"Avijjā sutta" and the "Aparihāni sutta". You have to realise this yourself, associated with the
company you may keep, to learn how to avoid the "unsuitable" (Assapurusha) company and find
the "Suitable supportive" (Sathpurusha) company, which will assist you on this journey. Then
you need the "Preceptedness" (Sēka Patipadā) as recommended in the "Aparihāni sutta" and
the "Sēka Sutta", as your basic guideline, to make the necessary improvements around your
character and occupation.
I cannot stress the importance, of at least following the list of recommendations, attached after
the introduction. If this recommended "areas and architecture" (suggested as "do something")
are not addressed, as part of your livelihood, well.... "there is no enlightenment possible in this
birth". That is period, with what the Buddha has said in these supporting sutta's.
Please make sure that you are guided through the content, before using this
book. Otherwise it will not make much sense to you, as to why such information
and recommendations are so important.

Introduction
This information was gathered to assist those who are interested in understanding the practicality of
Enlightenment & accomplishing higher absorptions. There are many who attend retreats and other
related meditation programs. The content in this book will assist those seeking to improve their skills with
such an endurance.
First of all there are a few realisations that need to be considered and investigated. The first is the fact
that every body who may use this book has been born to this world as a human being. Now that this
event is out of the way, they now have to live, accepting natural facts of decay, ageing, change &
disintegration. Not only do they have to accept such impermanence, they also have to "Wait", wait for the
next event and the certainty of death. So life that we live, is nothing other than a nature of waiting while
being occupied, "waiting". This is when the choice of "mundane" (Loukika) circumstances are chosen, on
"One's behalf", and supported from there on until skilful and successful.
So those who wish to enlighten, need to understand the commitment towards the nature of
"relinquishment & abandonment" required, for such accomplishment. One thing the reader and the
practitioner needs to do, is to understand how they build a relationship with the Buddha. As the
"mundane" & "conventional" life style (Loukika) requires one to play, many roles & fulfil many a duty,
within each of such role. So should one seeking the Dhamma, build a "Supra-mundane" (Lokothara) role
of Upāsaka or Upāsikā (see "Mahānama sutta" at the end of the book), that requires the commitment, to
take on the responsibilities to fulfil the duties within those roles, which will enable the seeker to gather
the merits of a wholesome (Lokothara) supra-mundane occupation. The information gathered here, will
be considered as duties within this new role of "Upāsaka & Upāsikā" existence.
The reader and seeker of this information may also have to have abandoned some of the "information or
knowledge" gathered in the past (see statement at end of the 73 Knowledges), learning this Dhamma as
a syllabus. They should then use the information, in the sequence the information is recommended to be
used, to bring new realisations with the practicality and the practice.
1) the first recommendation is from the "Dhammacakkappavattana sutta" and the first line of
information. This information is mostly, translated and recommended in many books as an instruction
not to go to any "extreme", rather to be in the middle and follow the Middle path. You should extend
your considerations further. That is that "extremes" will always ... "consists of two sides & also of
two ends". The recommendations may expect the practitioner to consider & investigate, as to what
they are about and what this Universe always may offer them in life. " They should seek the
consideration, that everything has two sides, a beginning and an end, hence creating a choice to
choose from".
2) Also the practitioner will realise that this life, offers an abundance of choice, with colour, shapes,
sizes, sound, smell, taste, feeling, expressions, to do, to be, to look, to listen, to smell, to taste, to
feel, to have, to give, etc, etc .... Everything that is offered as a choice to choose, may also have
much variety and is available in abundance. This choice we make, may also unknowingly, cause
everyone to be comparing the choice and also compete when needed. This choice may also be
Vissuddhi - Issue 5b (personal use only) Page 8 of 122 Revised in Melbourne February 2018
governed by freedom of choice, freedom to choose, affordability, experiential knowledge, knowledge,
habituality, relationships, etc ......
3) Also, everything that is chosen with consideration and the justification, from the choices available, will
automatically get possessed by "ME" with an identity as "MINE", the moment it is chosen and
transacted with.
4) Furthermore, everybody who has a choice, will have an experience (Dukka) of "pleasant (Suka)" or
"unpleasant (Duka, also described as suffering)" in many circumstances. Both these experiences are
subject to impermanence and will eventually come to its natural ending or its destination, causing
much mental and physical unsatisfactoriness and displeasure (Soka parideva dukka dhomanassa
upāyāsa).
5) Lastly the "seeker should consider", the impact of their own perceptional opinions (Saññna) and the
"animated fabrications" also referred as "cankers" (Sanskārā). The information gathered here is
mainly to assist with this realisation and to assist with removing these "perceptional opinion" and the
"animated fabrications", from your past. For e.g recognising a vegetable is a "perceptional opinion
(Saññna)" of the person. All the recipes they may know, to use the vegetable, are the "animated
fabrications or cankers (Sanskārā)", which is what life is for many. So in every life form in the past,
one may have gathered many new things in the form of perception (Saññna) and many mental
fabrications or cankers (Sanskārā), which are all gathered in the "mind as memory" (Viññāna).
6) The intentions with gathering this information, is to introduce the seeker and the readers to the
practice of "Sēka Patipadā" using the Sēka sutta, "Indriya Bhavanā" from the Indriya sutta, with other
commentary from the Thripitaka and other sources.
7) Please make sure, that you get the necessary assistance, when walking through this booklet
before, "knowing" how best to use this information for your spiritual journey & investigation. This
information will introduce some practices, that may be perceived as difficult to implement, as a lay
person fulfilling many roles. This information booklet serves as a guide also to such seekers by
introducing an additional minor role, whilst fulfilling the duties in their current role. Should the seeker
consider enlightenment as a high priority in their personal, spiritual investigation and development,
then this is the correct time to invest towards that goal & future.
Enjoy the experience of Sēka Patipadā (Precepted Existence) and the accomplishments.
May all your efforts and the merit gained, be bestowed upon your wellbeing and betterment. May the
abundance be shared with all those supporting you on this journey and those who have been
responsible for bringing you to this point in life to experience this Dhamma.

Recommendations for the beginners .......
All you have to do, is to "bring some adjustments" and "improvements" in your life, in these
specific areas :-
1) ...."do something with your Sila" (skilfulness with Moral and Ethical precepts) . You have to
bring the "five precepts" and be mindful with living them. Then add any new disciplines to the list
like the "8 livelihood precepts" or the "8 Precepts" or the "10 Precepts" and add all your
"chārithra" Sila (things you choose to do) to the mindful list. Have a shame of breaking these
precepts and a fear of the consequences. This way you need the "Ditta Dhamma
Vedaniya" (immediate reacting) merits of such existence.
2) ...."do something with your six sense based Faculties". Be skilful with restrainment with
your six faculties (eye, ear, nose, tongue, body, mind) with its contact with the outside world. So
you have reduced your "choices and choosing". Somehow, learn to reduce your covetousness,
curiosity, inquisitiveness, criticalness, negativeness, etc .....and stop blaming this world for what
you are experiencing, with what you have chosen to contact with.
3) ...."do something with your consumption". Reduce the frequency of consumption, the
volumes you consume, the way you serve, etc ....so your Kāma Thanhā (cravings and desire)
with the tongue is reduced. You do not need the intensity or the volume or the variety of
nourishment you may choose, to maintain this body.
4) ...."do something with your day & occupation". We all have 24hrs to SPEND. So how do
we occupy ourselves and entertain ourselves without getting boring. Boredom is the biggest
issue we have & all things we participate in companionship is to overcome such boredom.
During the day, make sure that your are wholesomely occupied (dutiful, restrained with your
faculties). During the night, somehow find a few valuable minutes, to avoid sleep. Be
wholesomely occupied with the Dhamma. When you "lie down", your whole body is indulging in
sense pleasures. So the Kāma Thanhā & Rāga (cravings with lustfulness) is high. Be wise to
realise and reduce associating a bed !!!
5) ...."do something with you faithfulness" with the Buddha, the Dhamma & the Sangha. In
each of these areas, you should make an adjustment, that increase your devotion, so your
adoption of the Dhamma is increased. You must have the highest veneration to the teacher to
"listen and accept" the teachings. Without this you will only be a student by name and not by its
practice. By doing so you become a PRODUCT of the Buddha, adopting the Dhamma
portraying these representing the conduct of a disciple of the Buddha.....represented as the
Sangha.
Vissuddhi - Issue 5b (personal use only) Page 10 of 122 Revised in Melbourne February 2018
6) ...."do something with your shamefulness". Have some "shame", with continuing doing
wrong and bad things. Have the shame that if caught, your reputation and all that you have built
will be destroyed. Also that the respect others have for you will be reduced.
7) ...."do something with your fearfulness". Have some fear of the "consequences" (Vipāka /
penances) of all that you continue to do, as "bad and wrong". You will have to pay the penances
and penalties, as karmic consequences. Also have the fear of how the legislation, rule, policy,
ethic, etc ..... will bring further "punishment", to those caught doing wrong and bad things in
society.
9) ...."do something with your effortfulness". Somehow reduce the "wrong, bad, negative,
critical, getting angry, etc .... habits" from within. Then you can cultivate kind, good,
compassionate, patient, tolerant, generous, selfless, humble, etc .....ways to "be and become".
The devotion to the "Buddha", will assist you with such application towards this practice.
10) ...."do something with your mindfulness". As frequently as possible "know what you are
doing" and "why you are doing, what you are doing". Always be "awake", "be awakened", "be
alert", knowingly engage in transactions, so you can the occupy your life being mindful.
11) ...."do something cultivating your wise attention". Somehow "adopt and invest" in some
of the practices, needed towards reducing this Dukka. You cannot just turn up at a "retreat" and
be able to do all that is necessary to enlighten, in just one sitting. You have to cultivate these
wise ways, from your "lay existences" and migrate it to the Supra-mundane (Lokothara) world.
As explained in the past, stop rushing around, there is no "Bus to catch"....there is "ONLY THE
BUS TO MISS". If you miss this chance to realise this Dhamma ......well ....you can consider the
outcome.
12) ...."do something with your concentration". Without these "four bases" of concentration,
enlightenment is not possible. So living the eight fold path and the first seven qualities will bring
you this concentration. You gain all of the said "results", only with these four base
concentrations. If you follow the list above and bring some deliberated effort (Āthāpi) with the
implementation...... then these four bases of concentration, will begin to develop and get
cultivated as part of your character, personality and habitually. To get to the first base consider
the freedom you have with variety, freedom you have with abundance, freedom you have with
choice, freedom you have with choosing, freedom you have with gathering, freedom you have
Vissuddhi - Issue 5b (personal use only) Page 11 of 122 Revised in Melbourne February 2018
with indulgence, freedom you have with contact, freedom you have with possession, etc .....as
this realisation with make you choose once, precept yourself accordingly bringing much needed
freetime in your mind. This freetime (viveka), joy of accomplishment (Dhamma Piti),
pleasantness with the experience (suka) as the outcome of such experience.
So these "eleven areas of criteria" and the "four concentrations" make, what is known as the
"Sēka Patipadā" (Precepted life). Once you have made these fifteen credentials, part of your
habitually......., your character......., your personality........, your occupation......., well you are a
"winner" with the goal of enlightenment in sight. You have at-least turned around to the "right
direction".
Enjoy the experience living this truth with the Dhamma. ............

(The most important with the accomplishment of the "four bases of concentration"..... it will only be present, if one
follows the practices of "Sēka Dhamma" as described above. The immediate resulting (Dittadhamma) merits of
such practice, is what is "needed to be gathered", to elevate you to the next stages, with "higher absorptions".
"Knowing" what is needed to be done alone, will get you no where!! "Doing what you have been asked to do",
is the only habitual practice, that will constantly and easily be with you, that will "elevate" you to the next "stages of
enlightenment").
(It is said, that if these Sēka Patipadā are practiced by an Upāsaka or an Upasaikā it is "guaranteed (භeෙබා)",
that a person will become a stream winner. Anyone who invests it's time during the "day of 24hrs", living as
recommended (එවං), as the Sēka Dhamma, would have gathered adequate wholesome immediate resulting
merits, like a "seed that never perish" (අපු>චFඩතාය සමාප+ෙනා), to be guaranteed: being "worthy of the
accomplishment", of the higher absorptions and the wisdom needed to enlighten) "භeෙබා' අYSeYදාය,

Similarly, are the "higher absorptions" of "Viddhiā" is only born, with such "constant practice" of Sēka Patipadā, that
eradicates the Aviddhiā. If a person who cultivates these qualities to its maturity and are "ardent with such

"දස සංෙයාජන සූ2ය" / Saṃyojana sutta
"There are these ten fetters. Which ten? Five lower fetters and five higher fetters. And which are the five lower fetters? Self-identity views,
uncertainty, grasping at precepts and practices, sensual desire, and ill will. These are the five lower fetters. And which are the five higher fetters?
Passion for form, passion for what is formless, conceit, restlessness, and ignorance. These are the five higher fetters. And these are the ten
fetters
සMඛාය zW“ :- this word "Sakkāya Dhitti" is mostly translated as "Self Identity". Though it may be
something similar, the practicality of enlightenment is to undo "SELF". So from a practical point of view
one should consider this experience, as removing the "content in the SELF". The content in the SELF
would be items such as ROLE & RELATIONSHIP, CHARACTER, PERSONALITY, IDENTITY, ROLE-
PLAY OR DUTY, RESPONSIBILITY, COMMITMENTS, OBLIGATIONS.....ETC ...... So the one who is
able to recognise these items and remove or relinquish the role, will know what it takes to reduce or
remove role-play. One who removes role-play will know what it is to change the identity, character and
the personality. One who changes the identity will know how to adjust themselves with execution of the
duties, responsibilities, commitments, obligations, etc .........these people will accomplish the goal of
Abandonment of "Sakkāya Dhitti" (the content in the self). They would only have the container or the
architecture of I ME & MINE with the SELF to deal with).
!—o>චා :- Vichikichchā is to overcome the "fear and doubt" so the accomplishment of "courage &
confidence" is demonstrated, to ABANDON the ROLES & ROLE-PLAY from within the SELF. The fears
and the doubt with blame and the "compared competition", should be overcome and removed. The need
to "feed" another in the relationship or "be fed" by the other, should be accomplished when Vichkichchā
is abandoned.
rලeබත පරාමාෙසa :- Silabbatha parāmasa is the abandonment of ROLE-PLAY. This is when the
conventional & social duties in role, responsibilities in relationship, commitments with others, obligations
Vissuddhi - Issue 5b (personal use only) Page 115 of 122 Revised in Melbourne February 2018
that are felt, indebtedness inherited, fulfilling the traditions, the fulfilment of customs, following the
auspiciousnesses, obstructed by the superstitions are overcome and stopped.
******Abandonment of the these items above, will elevate one's mind to the first of the
absorptions of becoming a "Stream Enterer" (the state of Sovan / ෙස*වා.).
කාමචඡංෙධa :- One who has no ROLE or the ROLE-PLAY will recognise the ease of
existence with out the "Kāmachanda". There are no more comparisons or competitions to
perform or accomplish. There is no issue with the choice or the choosing. There are no more
issues with the variety or the abundance to gather. There is no more games to be played
secretly. So the desires, the cravings, the attachments, the temptations, the constant
performance, the appearances etc are all reduced removing the Kāmachanda from within.
බDාපාද:- Biyāpāda is the Aversion and the accomplishment is the overcoming of this fetter. Do when
you do not have any roles or the role-play. When you do not have to maintain the variety with choice or
be competing with the choice or comparing with the choice or to gather the abundance there is very little
aversion in this self. There is no need to control the relationship or the performances. There is very little
correction or punishment in the relationship as there is no Role to be fed no more. There is no blame or
anyone to be blamed as the role-play has been abandoned. So the accomplishment of such fetter only
allows the friendliness, kindness, compassion, forgiveness, patience, tolerance, generosity, etc ......to be
cultivated in the self.
*******Abandonment of the the two items above, will elevate one's mind to the second of the
absorptions of becoming a "Stream Winner" (the state of Sakrudāgāmi / සකෘදාගා‚)
*******Abandonment of all five of these items above, will elevate one's mind to the third of the
absorptions of becoming a "Once returner" (the state of Anāgāmi / අනාගා‚).
Vissuddhi - Issue 5b (personal use only) Page 116 of 122 Revised in Melbourne February 2018
(1) පෟhගUක සටහ+ / Personal Notes :-
(Trust that you are as meticulous, with your mindfulness and the continued practice. There are no other instructions
to be given. Though the instructions have been given .......none of the instructions or the benefit of the instructions
are experienced, unless they are lived or activated in you. So you are the only person, who can obediently take the
instructions given by the Buddha and live these, in the environment that you choose to live, with those you choose
to share your life and the skills you demonstrate occupying / entertaining your time.
If you choose not to follow these simple & beneficial instructions .....well you only have what you are investing your
time with. So you will only have the result of what you have invested your time with. So you will only have the return
or the results of your poor investment to show and share with others. This is the only truth that needs to be
realised, for you to adopt and adapt your life with the Dhamma.
Towards this investment, you need to realise that everything that you are about..... are only true to you. This is
because everything, is only a REFERENCE RELATIVE TO YOURSELF. For e.g. .....the "front or the back" is only in
reference to "your body position and the possessed SELF. "Left and right" is in reference, to how the front and back
is positioned, in reference to the front, you make one side the left and the other right side (there is no universality
making these side). "Top and bottom" is only a reference with how you clarify, where the reference point to begin
the top or the bottom.
Similarly every ROLE you adopt, is only something YOU have adopted and adapted into a relationship that is only
true to you. Then with every "duty or mutual responsibility" is only something YOU make up, to gain the benefits of
YOUR role and the relationship (there are times you say that what you are doing is for their own good. Actually
when there good is present, my ROLE & ROLE-PLAY is fed and I feel proud of their performance, in reference to
my role and instruction for them to behave so).
Similarly everything you recognise is only true the way you recognise it. It's value is only so for you and there is no
comparison as to how another may recognise the same-thing and value the same-thing. So like this everything you
come into contact with your faculties are recognised and justified because it brings you that benefit, it feeds your
pride, it feeds your competitive nature, it feeds your comparisons with ego, it feels good to be so, it educates you
with my knowledge and education, it fulfils expectations, it feels like having abundance with variety......etc .........
So this delusion is what is called SAKKĀYA DHITTI. If you are able to see this delusion......well you will see what
you need to "abandon from yourself and relinquish from your possession". Now there is an inner FEAR & DOUBT
called VICHIKICHCHĀ that makes you want to continue the way you are, clinging and occupying your roles and the
recognition this way (frightened to let go ....thinking that you will be blamed, thinking that you will be a looser,
thinking that others will overtake you, etc ). So how you justify and continue, to "use or to cling" to all these
elements is what the word SILABBATHA PARAMĀSA is about.
So if you are wise to recognise this phenomenon and do something about .......well you are tackling the most
fundamental accomplishments in the first stage of enlightenment. This is to "reduce and remove" SAKKĀYA
DHITTI, VICHIKICHCHĀ & SILABBATHA PARĀMASA (how these roles and the relationships are reduced......, the
confidence and the courage needed to accomplish such goal and the way the duty, responsibilities, commitments,
obligations and indebtedness are reduced and removed) . When you begin to tackle these three qualities
automatically the secretive "competitive comparisons" reduces and the KĀMAK CHANDA & the BHYĀPADA (the
variety of choice to choose from and the way we expect to have things our way) reduces. So the next stages of
enlightenment follows you automatically, until the SELF is so exposed and the "EGO removes this SELF" as part of
the last step in Enlightenment.
Trust that you will have some "free time" (Vivèka, Piti & Suka) to sit quietly and rewrite this note, so you can
comprehend this message in your own words and vocabulary.
Also please do not worry about your knowledge of English, the grammar, spelling, explanation, etc ......as this is not
a lesson in English. It is not a case of proving if you know what has been explained. It is about your wisdom to
realise the Dhamma and not to be proving to me that you have understood or remember what I may have shared
with you. So well done, well done, well done for the efforts so far. When ever you have the time or want yo write
just drop me a note and will respond accordingly.)

(2) පෟhගUක සටහ+ / Personal Notes :-
To follow such investigation with self .....one should recognise the SELF and how the perception of such
self has adopted all these socially acceptable roles to Role-play with. In each of the roles and the
relationship, the wider society, the convention, the legislation, the culture, the traditions, the cast,
etc ........ commonly agrees and approves, as to the acceptable transactions in Role-play.
1) Please take some time to understand the adopted ROLES & the Relationships you have with each of
the ROLES.
Vissuddhi - Issue 5b (personal use only) Page 118 of 122 Revised in Melbourne February 2018
2) Now that you are aware of your ROLES & the relationships associated ....you can look at the most
common ROLE PLAY or the transactions associated. These transactions are categorised into duty,
responsibility, commitments, obligations, indebtedness, culture, tradition, auspiciousnesses,
superstitions, fortune, deserving, returned or the returns of investment etc ...... so you may need to first
of all feel APPRECIATED for what you have been for another in ROLE & RELATIONSHIP
- assume that the other have THANKED YOU & APPRECIATED you for promoting / elevating
them in "role / position", when you were born (one becomes a mother, only when you are born)
- assume that the other have THANKED YOU & APPRECIATED you for accepting them in the
role and relationship.
- assume that the other have THANKED YOU & APPRECIATED you for all the things you have
transacted in deed / words / thoughts / emotions / repayment / affordability / spending / etc ....
- assume that the other have THANKED YOU & APPRECIATED you for "your choice" with their
likes, needs, & wants. For all that you choose and gathered for them.
- assume that the other have THANKED YOU & APPRECIATED you for "your choice" with the
way you continually avoided their dislikes.
- assume that the other have THANKED YOU & APPRECIATED you for your love, the affections,
the attention, the care, the concerns, the worry, etc ......towards them.
- assume that the other have THANKED YOU & APPRECIATED you for your caring &
considerate nature, towards their wellbeing and betterment.
-assume that they have unconditionally THANKED YOU & APPRECIATED you for your
performances, fulfilling their expectations, expected from you
- they are always proud of your accomplishments and their ROLES are always fed by your
achievements.
- unconditionally THANK & APPRECIATE the other for making you into a "role / position"......,
when you were born or when they were born.
- unconditionally THANK & APPRECIATE the other for continually accepting you in the "role and
relationship" with them.
- unconditionally THANK & APPRECIATE the other for all the things they have transacted in deed
/ words / thoughts / emotions / repayment / etc ....
- unconditionally THANK & APPRECIATE the other for "their choice" with your likes, needs, &
wants.
- unconditionally THANK & APPRECIATE the other for "their choice" with the way they avoided
your dislikes.
- unconditionally THANK & APPRECIATE the other for their love and affections towards you.
Vissuddhi - Issue 5b (personal use only) Page 119 of 122 Revised in Melbourne February 2018
- unconditionally THANK & APPRECIATE the other for their caring & considerate nature, towards
your wellbeing and betterment.
- unconditionally THANK & APPRECIATE the other with unconditionally forgiveness for all the
known or the unknown things that they may have said, done or thought, that may have hurt your
feelings or made you be disappointed with them.
- unconditionally THANK & APPRECIATE the other for their performances, fulfilling some of your
Expectations, expected of them.
3) Not only should you be appreciated or appreciate another. You must also FORGIVE and be
FORGIVEN for all the things you may have said or done and for the judged weaknesses of the other.
- Assume that the other in the relationship has UNCONDITIONALLY FORGIVEN you
- for all the things that you may have knowingly or unknowingly said or done to hurt their feelings.
- for all the things that you may have participated that may have angered the other with.
- for all the things that you may have done to humiliated the other with.
- for all the things that may have done to discredited or dishonoured the other with.
- for all the things that may have done to disappointed the other with.
- for all the things that may have done to belittled the other with.
- for all the things that may have blamed them for .....etc
4) Always have less or the least amount of LIKES, NEEDS, WANTS, DISLIKES of your own and less
EXPECTATIONS of another. This way you will be less disappointed by the performance of another in
their role play.
- Please APPRECIATE the OTHERS efforts, to have fulfilled as many of the expectations you
may have had of them.
- Also feel APPRECIATED for your performances, with all of the fulfilment of their expectations of
you.

- UNCONDITIONALLY FORGIVE the other if they may have failed with the fulfilment of your
expectations. No two people will recognise the same. Your expectations will always be
recognised by the other and be valued by the other only the way they would know how to
perform. Most of the time it is the potential you see in another that causes the expectation for
the other to be held against.
5) Try to look at this world around you for what it actually is. Not in any reference to SELF or convention.
Not economically nor ecologically. Not with just the social norms. Learn to let things be.
- It is only your possession of ROLE & the ASSOCIATED ROLE PLAY that causes you to be so
controlling.
- It is the pride within the possessed ROLE that is demanding that everything around you should
conform to your likes, needs, wants and expectations.
- Do not hold others to ransom, with your investments. Your investments are yours and is not a
demand by the another.
- Your investments on another is your demand on the other, to prove your role and Role-play.
- You are the only one who wants to prove indispensability.
- It is your pride and the ego that is always looking for the fame and the popularity in role.
- It is you who is always looking for the RIGHT RETURN ON YOUR INVESTMENTS.
- The other is unaware of the benefit to you and the way you are investing in ROLE-PLAY.
- The other is unaware of the competition you are harbouring and feeding.
- The other is unaware of the comparisons you are making of your ROLE, YOUR ROLE-PLAY &
the RESULTS OF THE INVESTMENT.
Trust that this above will clean your thoughts, clean your roles and the associated role play. Trust that the
above would adjust your character and personality so you become a better person.
