Subject: Request for Change of Final Exam Date

Dear Mrs Vosloo,

We, the undersigned learners of Further Studies Mathematics, enrolled in Grade 10 Further
Studies Mathematics at Parklands College Secondary Faculty, hereby submit this formal
request for a change in the final exam date scheduled for Wednesday, 8 November 2023.
All the learners, as well as the directing educators, have agreed that Thursday, 30
November 2023 would suit best, as none of the learners write on that exam day. We believe
that the rescheduling of the final exam will better serve our academic and personal needs,
and we kindly request your consideration of our request.

We understand the significance of adhering to the academic calendar; however, we believe

that making this change will allow us to perform to the best of our abilities and produce
results that are a fair reflection of our knowledge and preparation.

final exam to a more suitable date. We are open to discussing alternative dates and
