The Annual Pedagogical Plan for 2024-2025 at Aurobindo International School has been meticulously
crafted following the framework established by CBSE. This comprehensive plan is built on a deep
understanding of the CBSE vision, alignment with the AIS vision, a clear grasp of our roles and
responsibilities, and a thorough, regular review of CBSE guidelines, curriculum, manuals, and circulars
over time. The plan reflects the collaborative efforts of many dedicated staff members.
Safe and Nurturing Environment: Implicit guidelines and processes are in place to ensure the
safety, security, and mental well-being of students.
Culture of Thinking and Responsibility: Conscious efforts to foster a culture of thinking,
empathy, and social and moral responsibility.

The first batch of Class XII students from Aurobindo International School, Jaipur, graduated in
the academic year 2023-2024. This milestone marks a significant achievement for our school,
reflecting the dedication and hard work of both our students and staff. Our alumni, now poised
to embark on diverse paths, are a testament to the quality education and holistic development
provided at AIS. We are proud of their accomplishments and look forward to their future
successes. As they step into the next phase of their lives, we remain committed to supporting
them and fostering a lifelong connection with our alma mater.

a) Evaluate the progress made in the previous year and identify any shortfalls. Use these insights
as the foundation for planning the upcoming session.
b) Define objectives for the new session across Academics, Co-scholastic, and Extracurricular
areas. Develop a comprehensive matrix detailing these objectives for each segment and class.
c) Review ongoing practices to identify areas for improvement in teaching, learning, assessment,
guidance, counseling, and co-curricular support.
d) Analyze CBSE circulars to outline new initiatives and develop an implementation plan for
these initiatives.
e) Study the curriculum and related manuals/support materials to understand changes and their
impact on session planning.
As an outcome of Section 3 (Consultations and discussions held for preparing the annual plan), the
following goals have been established:
a) Design a comprehensive program for multiple intelligences aligned with the school's vision.
b) Strengthen the guidance and counseling program to empower students, enhance their capacity for
self-management, and guide them academically, especially in senior classes.
c) Involve parents in supporting school and CBSE initiatives, particularly those aimed at holistic
learning and societal betterment.
d) Create opportunities to equip students for immediate and future needs, including exploring and
setting up facilities for Artificial Intelligence, STEAM, Design Thinking, and Robotics.
f) Conduct continuous and regular staff/teacher training programs to keep them updated with
current educational trends.
g) Incorporate the development of 21st-century skills into the teaching-learning program, co-
scholastic activities, and extracurricular pursuits.
h) Ensure all facilities required for implementing and achieving these goals are made available
promptly.
These goals, developed based on our vision and mission, are designed to help the school continue its
pursuit of excellence.
