I am the a female employees of M/s Mercer Consulting (India) Private Limited, Gurgaon, who hereby
declares and affirms that our management have provided us the transport facility with security
guard, during our late evening / night shifts and also observed that at the last stoppage the male
employee(s) is/ are dropped. It is also stated that the management is adhering to the sexual
harassment policy. I don’t have any objection if exemption under section 30 of the Punjab Shop and
Commercial Establishments Act, 1958 is granted to our management.
