My day starts when my alarm clock goes off by the

sound of Revolution by the Beatles. I get up and


head towards the bathroom, and alleviate myself.
Look me self in the mirror and smile. I do my bed,
check my phone and off I go to the kitchen to prepare
breakfast; But before having anything to eat or drink,
I take an omeprazole, and wait for at least half an
hour before eating. Meanwhile, I put some water to
boil to make coffee, grab all the ingredients from the
fridge and begin cooking. First I make some
scrambled eggs, then I roast some slices of bread to
make toasts and, at last, I pour half a cup of milk to
heat up on the microwave oven and top it up with
fresh hot coffee. I turn on the TV, take a seat and
enjoy my breakfast. Then I get changed and ready
for training. I take a five minute walk to the gym, I do
push ups, crunches, lift some iron and run for about
fifteen minutes or so. Back home, I take that nice
relaxing shower, have something nutritious to eat,
and rest for a little bit. After that, there are the daily
house chores that’s got to be done. When I finish, I
check to see if there’s any work left to do or if there’s
something I’m missing. Finally, I get to practice
playing guitar, read, watch some TV or listen to some
music.
