The wall contains scattered eggs: some of they old calcified dark or blue in

inflammatory cells mainly (eosinophilic + lymphocyte)
Diagnosis:
Squamous cell carcinoma of urinary bladder associated with Schistosmiasis
infection.

This is section of uerter showing hyperplastic transitional epithelium wall
with mucosa, submucosa and muscularis mucosa. The submucosa contains
multiple ova: some of these ova are calcified (dark in color) surrounded by
double shell, other is fresh (pink in color). This ovum is surrounded by
multiple inflammatory infiltrations (granuloma).

Description
This is section of uerter lined by hyperplastic transitional epithelium in the wall.
The submucosa and muscularis contain numerous schistosomal eggs with variable
size of multiple granulomas. There are acute and chronic inflammatory cells with
multiple nucleated giant cells surrounded the eggs (ova) and try to engulf them. The
epithelioid granulomas also present. Also there are scattered fibrosis surrounded
these granulomas.
Diagnosis:
Schistosmiasis of uerter (granulomatous)

Description
Section of subcutaneous tissue showing multiple nodule abscesses. These
abscesses are containing: neutrophilis, lymphocyte, plasma cells and macrophage.
Also these abscesses are surrounded by thick fibrous tissue. In the center, there are
dark brown bacterial colonies which are actinomyocetes surrounded by
inflammatory cells.
Diagnosis:
Subcutaneous tissue with actinomyocetes infection.
