RELEASE OF ALL CLAIMS

The undersigned, in consideration of offer to the undersigned

a , at Be Mexico hereby releases each of its subsidiaries,
associated and affiliated individuals and entities, including its owners and operators and any
successors thereto or assigns thereof, (collectively, the "Releases"), from all claims and
demands in connection with____________________ at Be Mexico.

It is understood and agreed that this settlement is in compromise of a doubtful and disputed
claim. This payment is not to be construed as an admission of liability; liability being expressly
denied.

It is further understood and agreed that this is a RELEASE OF ALL CLAIMS of every nature
and kind whatsoever that are known and unknown, suspected and unsuspected, in connection
with the incident.

This release contains the entire agreement between the parties hereto. The terms of this
release are contractual and not a mere recital.

The undersigned agrees that this Release of All Claims shall be interpreted according to the
laws of Los Cabos BCS, Mexico and that the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of any action with
respect to this Release or the incident referenced above shall be in the courts of the Los Cabos
BCS Mexico.

The undersigned states that s/he is at least eighteen years of age and that s/he resides at the
address set forth below.

The undersigned agrees to keep this release confidential and shall not disclose it to the media,
legal or verdict and settlement publications or any other third parties absent a court order, or by
agreement of any of the Releases entities.

The undersigned further states that s/he has carefully read the foregoing release, knows the
contents thereof and has signed it freely and voluntarily.
