Honorable Mayor an City Council. I am Mr. Ochoa. I represent New Energy Company.

Do you like sugar? I think many people would say yes. How will you react if I tell you,
sugar could help satisfy the world's energy needs. Experts call it the sweet hydrogen.
Surprised? I want to point out than Lou Del Bello, a famous energy and climate change
journalist claims the principle is turn sugar into hydrogen.
Percival Zhang, professor of bioengineering at Virginia Tech Institute, is enthusiastic
about that. He says, "scientists have poor imaginations". Zhang is pursuing alternative
energy. The professor believes why not take advantage of an abundant natural resource,
sugar? "Our idea is that simple," he says. "We call the project Sweet Hydrogen."
On the other hand a team of Chinese students have released a special battery. Sugar has
been utilized for its building.
