Dear Sir/Madam,

Re: Order #2710 for 10 televisions

I am writing to formally complain about the order of 10 televisions we received on


May 28th, 2024. The televisions were ordered with the expectation that they would
arrive in perfect condition. However, upon inspection, we found that 3 of the
televisions were significantly damaged and 1 was not working.

We were assured that the goods would arrive in excellent condition. Despite this
assurance, the damages include broken screens and non-functional televisions. This is
unacceptable as we need these televisions for an upcoming event.

We have attempted to contact your customer service department multiple times via
phone and email but have not received any response. This lack of communication is
causing significant inconvenience and delays.

If we do not receive a response to this letter immediately, we will be forced to


withhold payment and find another supplier. We request that you arrange for the
collection of the damaged televisions and replace them with new ones as soon as
possible.

We hope that this situation can be resolved to our mutual satisfaction. We look
forward to receiving the correct goods promptly.
