AFFIDAVIT OF EMPLOYMENT

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

I, RONY B. PADILLA, of legal age, single, Filipino citizen and a resident of

Gonzales, Tubao, La Union, after having been duly sworn to in accordance with law, do
hereby depose and state:

1. That I am an Overseas Filipino Worker who was employed at Riyadh,

Kingdom of Saudi Arabia;

2. That I am a Trailer truck and container van driver and employed at

Mohammed Hizam Al Qahtani Est. from 2009 to 2014 which is almost five
(5) years;

3. That I usually transport commercial products such as concrete barrier, steels,

cartons of mineral water, lumber, drum oil, marmol, ceramics and other
finished products;

4. That my employer is very proud of us Filipinos for being hardworking, honest

and dedicated in our job as an employee;

5. That I gain so much experience as a trailer truck and container van driver for
maintenance of vehicles;

6. I am executing this Affidavit to attest to the truthfulness and veracity of the

foregoing narration of facts; and for whatever legal intents and purposes this
may well serve.
