I have been struck off from the roll of college due to poor attendance, I hereby solemnly
declare that I will take the classes regularly for the remaining period of the session 2023-24. I will try
my best to overcome my shortage of attendance till the end of academic session. I may please be
allowed to re-admit so that I may take the classes regularly. If I could not complete the required
criteria of Attendance as per KP-BT&CE rules till the end of the session 2023-24, I may be placed in
Shortage of Attendance.
I shall not claim to appear in the coming DAE Annual Examination 2024.
