Olympiad (MyNSO)
2024
In pursuit of fostering excellence in nuclear science knowledge and academic excellence, the
International Nuclear Science Olympiad (INSO) is introduced under the initiatives of the Asian
Network for Education in Nuclear Technology (ANENT), with essential support from the
International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) through TC Project RAS0091. Within this
framework, Malaysia embarks on the journey to seeking exceptional talents through the
organization of the Malaysia Nuclear Science Olympiad (MyNSO).
In the dynamic realm of nuclear science, MyNSO emerges as a distinguished platform, drawing
participants from diverse regions to engage in a collective pursuit of excellence within the
intricacies of nuclear science and technology (NST). This Olympiad, a paragon of academic and
innovative competition, encapsulates the ethos of relentless dedication to NST knowledge and
mastery, with Pusat PERMATA@Pintar Negara, Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia serving as the
official coordinator.
Crafted as a melting pot for curious minds in the realm of NST, MyNSO brings together
individuals whose dreams go beyond geographic limits. More than just a test, this Olympiad
weaves together scientific skills, problem-solving, and the determined spirit that propels
participants toward the heights of intellectual achievement in the related field.
Through MyNSO, budding talents in NST will be challenged to explore advanced nuclear
knowledge. A transformative journey awaits, promising not only a showcase of outstanding
nuclear talent but also an elevation of scientific discourse and personal growth within the
context of the Olympiad.
This platform invites participants to embark on a journey of discovery, where the pursuit of
nuclear knowledge intertwines seamlessly with the spirit of scientific competition. MyNSO
stands as an enduring testament to the boundless potential inherent in the human quest for
excellence within the fascinating realm of nuclear science.
