Title of the Project–"Impact of Covid-19 lockdown on the household in

shahdara, Laxmi nagar, vivek vihar,and shastri park

Sample size - 20 to 25 households ( friends and relatives)

Tentative Period of The Project – 28/June/2020 to 11/August/2020

Locality- North Delhi and East Delhi (Shahdara, laxmi nagar, Vivek
vihar and shastri park)

Objectives of the field work-

 To identify the common problems faced by people during lockdown.

 2. To analize the problems.
 3. To Identify the possible intervention to counselling.

Method - Survey Method , telephonic Interview Method

Tool Used - Questionnaire

ECONOMIC FACTORS
1. Is there any effect on your salary because of lockdown?
2. If yes how has been affected?
 3. Have you or any of your family members have missed any job
opportunities because of this period.
4. Much effect has been there on your daily expenses?
5. Any increase in your water/electricity and internet bills?
6. If your savings have been affected by lockdown, then how much?
7. Is there any change in your standard of living?
8. Any added expenses? New electronic gadgets, entertainment
subscriptions, new wi-fi etc.
9. you have any debt/loan on you?
10. If yes, then is it affecting your life style during this period?

SOCIAL FACTORS

1. Do you now have more time to spend with your family?

2. Has work from the home/online classes affected your quality time
with your loved ones?
3. Are you getting more time for your recreational activities?
4. Do you feel any restriction in your freedom?
5. Do you miss social gatherings? (marriages, parties etc).
6. Do you feel isolated?
7. Do you feel disconnected from yours loved ones who are away from
you?
8. Have your travel plans been affected?

PSYCHOLOGICAL FACTORS

1. How much isolated do you feel from your friends or

family?
2. How often do you get negative thoughts that lead you to
feel depressed?
3. Do you feel more family issues now?
 4. Has there been any change in your personal relationships
with your spouse, siblings and other family members?
5. Do you have any financial insecurities?
6. Is there any increased level of anxiety?
7. Are you facing any temper issues?
8. Do you or any of your family member is facing
psychological stress?
9. Does the senior citizen in your family feel more isolated
now?
10. Do you feel increased screen time is affecting your child’s
mental health?
11. Is there any COVID-19 patient at your home?
12. any of your family member is diabetic or have a heart
problem and is suffering because of limited medical
facilities available?

Activity Plan of Concurrent Field work of 45 days

 Week 1 :- Introduction of covid-19 and prepare of questionnaire related

to social, economic, and psychological factor.
 Week 2 :- Analysis the family problems (1 to 6 household) and provide
proper intervention through counselling for needable person.
 Week 3 :- Analysis the family problems (7 to 12household) and provide
proper intervention through counseling for needable person.
 Week 4 :- Analysis the family problems (13 to 18household) and provide
proper intervention through counselling for needable person.
 Week 5 :- Analysis the family problems (19 to 24 household) and provide
proper intervention through counsellingg for needable person.
 Week 6 :- Analysis the family problems (25 to 30 household) and
provide proper intervention through counselling for needable person.

Individual conference :- Mid of the every week.

Group conference :- End of the every week.
