Avoiding Complex

Sentences
The following conclusions were drawn from observing different aspects of
an Essay.

● Usually, after trying to express your thoughts in a sentence, the

result is a long sentence that confuses the reader. The solution is to
break down your thoughts into smaller sentences all in a single
paragraph.
● Remember that each sentence should contain a few clauses joined
by a comma, and then a full stop.
● The shorter each sentence is, the easier it would be to position
commas appropriately. A short sentence usually has only one
comma.
● Always remember that once meaning is made out of a statement, it
is fit to be a sentence of itself. Therefore, a full stop should come in
and more details about it should come as a separate sentence.
