AFFIDAVIT OF NO PENDING CASE

I, BONIE FONTANILLA ABUBO, of legal age, married, Filipino citizen, and

presently residing at Brgy. Bonbon, Butuan City, after having been duly sworn to in
accordance with law, do hereby depose and say:

1. That I acquired ownership of a certain parcel of land Lot No. 8326, PLS 22, with
an area of One Thousand Three Hundred Forty-Six (1,346) square meters
located at Brgy. Bonbon, Butuan City, covered by Original Certificate of Title
No. 1205 of the Registry of Deeds for Butuan City registered in the name of
Policarpio Pabatang, married to Edna Agoylo, pursuant to Emancipation Patent
No. A-011208;

2. That I am on the process of securing clearance from DAR as requisite for the
transfer of certificate of title covering Lot No. 8326, PLS 22 in my name;

3. That I have no pending case at the DAR Adjudication Board, or any of its
adjudicator, the DAR, the Court or at the Office of the President; and

4. That I am executing this affidavit to attest to the truth of the foregoing facts.
