POWER OF ATTORNEY

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENT THAT I, MS. NAME (PAN – -------);
herein after referred to as “THE GRANTOR”, having address at
_____________, SEND GREETINGS;

WHEREAS due to my non-availability in Mumbai, India due to personal

reasons, I am unable to look into various things, acts and deeds in
connection with banking, real estate dealings, financial dealing and other
acts in general. Hence, it has become necessary for me to appoint a fit and
proper person as my true and Lawful attorney, to act & to do all and any
such deeds and things for me and on my behalf.

NOW KNOW YE AND THESE PRESENT WITNESSETH that I, MS. NAME, do

HEREBY NOMINATE, APPOINT, AUTHORIZE AND CONSTITUTE my mother
MRS. NAME (PAN – _______), herein after referred to as “THE
ATTORNEY” (whose signature and photograph has been attested
hereunder for proper identification) and at present residing at
_________________, to be my True and Lawful Attorney in my name and
on my behalf to do any or all of the following acts, deeds, matters, and
things namely:

1. To Purchase and Execute MOU’s on my behalf and negotiate with

Developers or Sellers to purchase any real estate properties on my
behalf an in my name singly or jointly.

2. To give any properties in my name on leave and license and to

represent me for the negotiations, for the society meetings and
other purposes related to the same.

3. To sign and execute Leave & License Agreements, Agreement for

Sale, Sale Deed and execute any other documents, writings,
assurances for this purpose at any local Government, Semi
Government/State Government office, Sub-Registrar of Assurances
as required under law to execute the above mentioned documents
with respect to the same.

4. To appear before any Registrar or sub-Registrar or any other

Registering Officer or Authority and to present for registration of
any agreement, deed or documents signed by him on my behalf and
to admit the execution of the AGREEMENT FOR SALE and such
documents registered in the form of law observing the due course
of Law prevailing from time to time on my behalf.

5. To negotiate, sign and execute all letters, applications and other

documents and appear on my behalf for society meetings,
government and other authorities, negotiations with prospective
licensees, who may intent to occupy my premise on leave and
license basis as and when required.

6. To sign, execute all such agreements, papers etc and appear before
any Registrar or Sub-Registrar as required under law to execute the
AGREEMENT FOR SALE, SALE DEED, LEAVE AND LICENSE
AGREEMENT and other documents if the need be.

7. To represent me before the Sub-Registrar of assurances, to get the

documents registered on my behalf and to take delivery of the
registered documents on my behalf.
 8. Generally, to do all such acts, deeds, things, matters at my cost and
expenses as may be necessary and incidental to effect the
Agreement For Sale, Leave and License Agreement and other
matters IN GENERAL ALSO.

9. To collect security deposit, monthly compensation, pay society

maintenances, property tax etc on my behalf.

10. To purchase and manage on my behalf financial instruments such

as but not limited to Fixed Deposits, Mutual Funds, Debt Funds,
Shares, and other financial transactions.

11. This Power of Attorney is irrevocable, and all such Lawful act deeds
matters things, and decisions made and taken by the Attorney in
performance of duties set out above will be deemed to have been
done by me and are binding to me.

I hereby agree and undertake to ratify and confirm all and whatsoever
acts, by my Said Attorney under This Power of Attorney.
