Terms & Conditions

1. Enrolment in the Program

1.1 I hereby apply to enrol in the course commencing as indicated on the Enrolment
Form (‘the Application’). I agree that upon acceptance of the Application by
Premium Graduate Placements (‘Acceptance’), the Acceptance will become the
Enrolment Agreement (‘the Agreement). I further agree to abide by the following
terms and conditions of enrolment:
1.2 I agree that it is a condition of my enrolment that I achieve satisfactory academic
progress throughout my course at a rate that will enable me to complete the course in
the nominated duration.
1.3 I agree that I am required to use my best endeavours to meet the requirements of the
course selected and to abide by the rules and regulations of Premium Graduate
Placements. I understand that if I breach any of Premium Graduate Placements rules
or my behaviour is deemed unacceptable by Premium Graduate Placements,
including but not limited to not following the student Code of Conduct, my
enrolment may be cancelled and I may not be entitled to any refund of the tuition
fees or other charges paid to Premium Graduate Placements under the Contract as
applicable at that time. (Premium Graduate Placements policies, rules and regulations
are located in the Student Handbook, as amended from time to time)
1.4 I agree to advise Premium Graduate Placements while I am enrolled in any course of
any change of my address, contact details, or any other circumstance which may
impact on my ability to participate in the course.
1.5 I hereby acknowledge that I have read and understood the Complaints, Grievances
and Appeals Policy published on the website www.premiumgraduate.com.au
1.6 I hereby acknowledge that I have read, understood and agree to the terms of the Fees
Schedule and Refunds Policy
1.7 I confirm that the terms and conditions have been made available to me prior to
enrolling and understand that any variation of those stated terms and conditions of
the Contract must be provided in writing and be signed by an authorised officer of
Premium Graduate Placements.
2. Placement
2.1 I understand that on acceptance into the program:
a) I will be required to attend all interviews for placements arranged by Premium
Graduate Placements with Host Companies, after which the Host Company will
decide whether they will allow me to undertake my placement with them.
b) Any Host Company has absolute discretion in choosing whether to accept me for a
placement.
c) Attend all days required to complete the placement as set out in the Vocational
Placement Agreement. Any missed days will need to be made up within the
placement timeframe to meet the minimum program requirements of 252 hours.
d) Complete all assessments and evaluations associated with the placement and
comply with all other obligations as set out in these terms and in the Vocational
Placement Agreement.
2.2 Upon acceptance of this Agreement, Premium Graduate Placements will use its best
endeavours to:
a) Source a Host Company on the basis of my chosen industry sector and preferred
city;
b) Find placement in a suitable location taking into account my chosen industry
sector, if any; however, travel up to one hour and a half to and from the location of
the placement may be required; and
c) Place me into a placement.
2.3 When sourcing a suitable placement for me, timeframes may vary depending on
factors that are out of Premium Graduate Placements’ control and may include
factors that are, but not limited to my chosen industry, willingness of Host
Companies to facilitate the placement, time of the year, and other factors. The
timeframe may take longer if I do not attend interviews arranged. Premium Graduate
Placements will communicate with me in each of these circumstances.
2.4 Prior to commencing the placement, I understand that I will be required to enter into
an agreement with Premium Graduate Placements and the Host Company relating to
the placement.
2.5 I understand that I will not be an employee of the Host Company or Premium
Graduate Placements at any time during the placement.
2.6 I understand that the Host Company and Premium Graduate Placements are not
required to provide me with employment at the end of the placement or the program
or at any other time. The placement, the program and these terms do not give rise to
any other employment obligations at all on the part of Premium Graduate Placements
or the Host Company.
2.7 Premium Graduate Placements seeks placements within Host Companies for
Students based on appropriate industry exposure and learning for each individual
Student, regardless of the size of the Host Company.
2.8 I will hold a valid visa for the term of the program that allows me to stay in Australia
and participate in the Vocational Training Program and placement. I am wholly
responsible for all matters concerning my visa status and will not hold Premium
Graduate Placements liable for any matters relating to my visa status.
3. Deferral
3.1 Premium Graduate Placements allows deferral of commencement of the
program for up to 12 months. There is no cost to defer and no fees will be
charged during the deferment period.
3.2 I understand that if I defer my offer, I am guaranteed a place in the program but
am choosing to delay the start date of program. Requests to defer must be
received before the start date in my notification of placement in Host Company.
3.3 I understand that if I defer my course after the commencement of the program,
that fee payments must be made in accordance with the agreed fee schedule.
3.4 I understand that my failure to attend the Host Company’s premises in
accordance with the Training Plan without reasonable explanation will result in
the immediate termination of the program without any refund.
4. Fee Schedule
4.1 The course fee (“Fee”), correct as at January 2022, is AUD $1,990. Premium
Graduate Placements reserves the right to amend the Fee from time to time.
4.2 All Fees must be paid in Australian dollars.
4.3 An initial deposit of $500 must be paid upon enrolment to the course (“Initial
Deposit”).
4.4 A Placement Fee of $1490 plus insurance must be paid 3 days upon
notification of securement of placement, either verbally or in writing
(“Placement Fee”) for the purpose of documentation, systems and
onboarding.
4.5 Fees must be paid in accordance with the Fee Schedule.
4.6 Premium Graduate Placements will accept payment of Fees by direct debit,
direct bank transfer, or directly in person. I may either nominate their bank
account or credit card to be debited.
4.7 Enrolment into the program is deemed to be accepted upon completion and
submission to Premium Graduate Placements of this signed enrolment form,
attainment of a Unique Student Identifier (USI), and payment of the Deposit.
4.8 Full payment of Deposit Fee must be made before Premium Graduate
Placements will commence providing placement services.
4.9 The placement will not commence until all outstanding fees have been paid.
5. Payment Policy
5.1 Administration Fee of $150 is non-refundable under any circumstances.
5.2 Premium Graduate Placements agrees to refund to me an amount of $350 only
if it is unable to secure at least one interview opportunity (phone- based/video-
based/face-to-face) within six months after the receivership of the enrolment
form. Premium Graduate Placements will not take into account time on program
considered as “On-hold” to my overall duration on the program - where time
“On-hold” refers to any personal matters.
5.3 Premium Graduate Placements, at its sole discretion, may elect not to refund the
initial deposit if any one or more of the following circumstances apply:
a) I have secured a job/placement elsewhere
b) I am unable to participate in the placement or attend interview(s) due to any
reasons (including reasons relating to any applicable visa
c) I have an unreasonably prolonged or unexplained absence
d) An interview opportunity was missed as result of my failure to respond in
time. Premium Graduate Placements will seek to get in contact with me through
all avenues of communication including phone and emails.
5.4 Premium Graduate Placements, in its sole discretion, may elect to not refund the
Placement Fee if any of the following circumstances apply:
a) I confirm my intention of withdrawal after the commencement of the
placement date.
b) I am unable to participate in the placement or attend interview(s) due to any
reasons (including reasons relating to any applicable visa)
c) The host company wishes to expunge the role of the candidate.
6. Liability
6.1 I acknowledge that I have not relied on any advice, representation or warranty
given or made by Premium Graduate Placements, or any of its employees,
officers or agents, in connection with the Vocational Training Program and/or
the placement that is not expressly stated in these terms.
6.2 In consideration for being provided with education, training and experience in
the course of the Vocational Training Program, I release and discharge
Premium Graduate Placements from all claims, liability, costs, expenses, losses
and damage which I have, may at any time have or incur against Premium
Graduate Placements, any of its Related Bodies Corporate or any of its or their
officers, employees or agents in connection with or arising out of the
Vocational Training Program to the extent legally permitted.
6.3 In the event that I press, bring or participate in any claim in breach of the
release within clause 6.2, I indemnify and hold Premium Graduate Placements
harmless in respect of any sum sought or awarded against Premium Graduate
Placements and each of its Related Bodies Corporate and each of its and their
officers, employees and agents from all claims and liabilities of any nature
which relates or has any connection to me and/or the Vocational Training
Program. These terms are to be read subject to any legislation that prohibits or
restricts the exclusion, restriction or modification of any implied warranties,
conditions or obligations including the guarantees under the Australian
Consumer Law that cannot be excluded. If such legislation applies, to the extent
possible and to the extent allowed by the relevant legislation, Premium
Graduate Placements limits its liability in respect of any claim to, at its option,
the supply of the services again or the payment of the cost of having the
services supplied again.
6.4 These terms are to be read subject to any legislation that prohibits or restricts
the exclusion, restriction or modification of any implied warranties, conditions
or obligations including the guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law that
cannot be excluded. If such legislation applies, to the extent possible and

 extent allowed by the relevant legislation, Premium Graduate Placements limits
its liability in respect of any claim to, at its option, the supply of the services
again or the payment of the cost of having the services supplied again.

7. General

7.1 I confirm that the information on the Enrolment Form is correct at the time that 05/01/2024
it was lodged with Premium Graduate Placements. It is my responsibility to
advise Premium Graduate Placements if any of the information provided in my Date (DD/MM/YYYY)
Application Form changes, including but not limited to my contact details,
within 14 days of such change. Please email the completed Application along with your Resume to

best endeavours, along with Premium Graduate Placements, to use mediation
and negotiation to resolve any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms. I

other written agreement between myself and Premium Graduate Placements, set
out the entire understanding and agreement between me and Premium Graduate
Placements. Your application will be processed upon receipt of your Initial Deposit, providing

7.5 If a provision of these terms is invalid or unenforceable it is to be read down or

of the remaining provisions.
7.6 If Premium Graduate Placements does not act in relation to a breach by me of
these terms, this does not waive Premium Graduate Placements right to act with
respect to that or subsequent or similar breaches.
7.7 Premium Graduate Placements reserves the right to change the particulars of the
services, including changes to prices, courses, facilities and dates of programs
where circumstances beyond Premium Graduate Placements control necessitate
such changes.

Declarations & Consent

a) I understand that I am enrolling into a vocational training course BSBOPS201

Work effectively in a business environment, to receive practical on-the-job
training and experiences. The vocational placement is an assessable part of my
vocational education and training course.
b) All information provided to Premium Graduate Placements as part of the
enrolment process is true and correct to the best of my knowledge and
understanding. I am aware of the consequences that may arise from providing
false, misleading or incomplete information, including the cancellation of my
enrolment or the withdrawal of the offer made.
c) I understand that personal information collected by Premium Graduate
Placements may be supplied to, and used by governments and other agencies for
administration, regulation and research. I understand that my information may be
disclosed to my employer (if I am enrolled in training paid by my employer) or
school (if I am a school-based apprentice / trainee or VET in Schools student) if
applicable. I consent for the information collected to be used and disclosed by
Premium Graduate Placements in accordance with legal, regulatory and data
provision requirements.
d) I understand that I may receive a National Centre for Vocational Education
Research (NCVER) student survey.
e) I would like to enrol in this course having been provided with sufficient
information (e.g. student handbook, pre-enrolment information, and course and
fee information) in which to make an informed decision prior to enrolment.
f) I agree to the Fee/s being charged, payment terms and the terms of Premium
Graduate Placement’s Fees and Refunds Policy.
g) I am aware of my rights and responsibilities as a student and agree to abide by
the policies and procedures of the organisation contained in the Student
Handbook and the Student Code of Conduct which outlines Premium Graduate
Placement’s expectations of acceptable behaviour and etiquette in relation to
interactions with Premium Graduate Placements and all their associated partners
and stakeholders. I understand that further information about my rights and
responsibilities can be found on Premium Graduate Placement’s website.
h) I agree for photos taken in the course of training to be used in
marketing/advertising materials including social media. I understand that any
photos taken will not be provided to another party without my consent.
