CIRCULAR No. (5/2015): WASTE MANAGEMENT RELATED ACTIVITIES IN
EMIRATE OF DUBAI

Dubai Municipality with its firm commitment to safe and
healthy environment has always been dedicated in the
development and implementation of efficient and effective
Sustainable Waste Management Solutions.

In this regard and in reference to Local Order No. (11) of

2003 Concerning Public Health and Community Safety in
the Emirate of Dubai, we hereby inform any company
engaged and plan to be engaged in activities related to
waste management listed in table below are required to
secure prior permit from Dubai Municipality - Waste
Management Department for their new or renewal of
license issued by official authorities in Emirate of Dubai.
