Accomplishment Report for SY 2023-2024

I. INTRODUCTION
The first month of the school year is considered as the most tasking and tiring
month because a lot of things are needed to be prepared and accomplished for the
smooth and successful opening of classes since everything is changed from the old to
new normal educational set up. I involved myself in the preparation and
accomplishment of the different schools reports and school activities related to the
opening of classes for school year 2023-2024.
II. HIGHLIGHTS OF ACCOMPLISHMENTS
The following are the highlights of accomplishments for the school year 2023-
2024 in each key result area of development.
A. Teaching –Learning Process
1. Prepared and used Instructional Materials (ICT Based) in teaching.
2. Joined and involved ourselves in School Activity and training.
B. Students’ Development
1. Checked, evaluated, and recorded students’ outputs (oral, written and
performance based)
2. Facilitated collaboration between the students and teacher, activity-oriented
classes equipped with necessary instructional materials.
3. Conducted quizzes and seat works (in print) to assess the students’ learning.
4. Madrasah ALIVE Enrollees SY 2022-2023.

 The table presents the two-year enrollment in MEP-ALIVE for school years
2022-2023 and 2023-2024. It is the same which is good indication that the project All
for ME (ALIVE learners for Madrasah Education) is a success to enroll ALIVE
learners and keep them in school. All for ME activities are check LIS-ALIVE learners
ensure that Muslims learners are enrolled and can be helped to be literate, numerate
and preserve Arabic Language and Islamic Values.

C. Community Involvement
1. Joined and accompanied Daraga police outreach program to the Muslim
community and learners of Daraga and also GAD seminar to all Muslim women.
2. Received the donation of TV, Laptop, printer and others needs from LGU Daraga.

III. Conclusion
My active participation to the different aforementioned activities contributed to
the success and achievement of the set objectives for this year. Also, the
accomplishments of these things made possible through the cooperation and
dedication of ALIVE Asatidz, Teaching and Non-teaching personnel and School head
of this institution.
