What is Model United
Nations
MUN training enables students with in-depth training in
diplomatic affairs and rewards them with prestigious awards and
certificates that later help during university admission.

The Eklavya Mun believes

in the virtues of Guru
Drona Charya. We believe
that students must learn
these qualities and values,
such as leadership,
teamwork, equality, and
discernment in the school
itself and help them develop
their full potential and to
become an adult who is
self-enlightened and earn the greatest success.

In Model United Nations (MUN)
conferences, students assume
diplomatic roles, embodying
different countries. Each student
engages in discussions on crucial
global issues, working
collaboratively to devise solutions.
This two-day conference provides
them with valuable delegate
experience, adhering to UN, and
Indian Parliament rules. They
navigate professional simulations,
gaining insight into diplomatic proceedings while crafting resolutions for the
world's challenges.

The first MUN was at Oxford in the early '

90s. Mir Mahmood, an Indian, later
introduced the concept to Harvard after
several conferences. MUN has been popular
among students all over the globe now,
as well as in India since it is an interesting
curricular activity that helps the students to
unleash their potential and talent
