Instructions On Auto Calculating Your Training And Workout Zones

Click File in the menu then click Make A Copy to copy this Google Sheet to your own Google
Drive, which will allow you to edit the sheet and enter your own field test numbers. If you don't
have a Google account, you can download the sheet as an Excel file.
Take your higher average power output from your CTS Field Test and enter it in cell B33.
Alternativley, if you completed a 20 minute field test instead of the 8 minute field test you can use
the rows labeled 20-min Power and 20-min HR.

Take your higher average heart rate from your CTS Field Test and enter it in cell B37.

Take your calculated threshold power and heart rate numbers from the calculator and enter the
respective numbers in cells B7 and B8.
