AFFIDAVIT OF LOSS

I, EDGARDO J. GARCIA, JR., of legal age, Filipino citizen, married

and a resident of Brgy. Laguinbanua East, Numancia, Aklan, Philippines, after
having been duly sworn to in accordance with law, do hereby depose and say:

That I am issued an Irrevocable Domestic Standby Letter of Credit on

October 24, 2022 by the Bank of Commerce with reference number BOC
DSLC-0234 with an expiration date of April 22, 2023;

That however, on April 22, 2023, the Domestic Standby Letter of Credit
reference number BOC DSLC-0234 was amended by the Bank of Commerce
and the Expiry Date was extended until April 21, 2024, copy of which was sent
to me by the said bank;

That I store the said letters of credit inside an envelope which I thereafter
kept inside the cabinet in our store located at Bulwang, Numancia, Aklan;

That recently I discovered that the said envelope together with the
aforementioned letters of credit are missing. That I exerted diligent efforts to
locate and recover the missing documents but to no avail as the same can no
longer be found and are deemed lost;

That I am executing this Affidavit to attest to the truth of the foregoing

facts. FURTHER AFFIANT SAYETH NAUGHT.
