Terms and conditions:

1) You must submit the originals of the documents as mentioned in the LSR before execution of security documents for
creation of Equitable Mortgage by us.

2)The loan amount should be utilized for the purpose for which it is sanctioned.

3)Equitable mortgage is to be registered with the concerned sub-registrar office at your cost and broken period EC
reflecting our bank charge is to be obtained.

4)Your overdraft account is to be reviewed /renewed annually as per existing practice and laid down procedures

5)You have to give ECS mandate to us at ECS centre for debit of EMI s from your account maintained with other bank
which is to be registered with the concerned Bank/Branch

6) In case of any default in payment of interest/installment, penal interest is to be charged @ 2 % over sanctioned
interest rate for the overdue amount and overdue period.
7)As the rate of interest stipulated is of floating in nature, the rate of interest @RBLR REPO ROI will be automatically
changed as per rates announced from time to time whether change is in Repo Rate or spread or both.

8) As the rate of interest stipulated is of floating in nature, the rate of interest @RBLR REPO ROI will be automatically
changed as per rates announced from time to time whether change is in Repo Rate or spread or both. Such changes will
be notified in Banks website and notice board of the branch.

9)In non ECS centres , minimum 10 post dated cheques, signed by the borrower for repaying monthly installments to be

replenish PDCs at appropriate interval. This will form a part of concession to the borrower and not as a condition, hence
it is to be used judiciously.

10)All due diligence in respect of documentation, creation of mortgage, disbursement, post disbursement inspection,

11)Property(except the vacant plot) mortgaged to us should be adequately insured with usual bank clause for full value
against fire, riot wherever required and also against other appropriate hazards such as earth quake ,flood, lighting etc.

under bank's corporate agency (BANCASSURANCE)

12) You have to carry out post disbursement inspection and the report is to be kept in record.
