Hereby is the cover letter written with the purpose of demonstrating my higher
interest in joining the company as an online English and Portuguese language tutor

Firstly I’d like to mention that I have been trained to be an English and Portuguese teacher,
therefore I have Psychological competences which enabled me to know how to design
methods and methodologies for teaching language learners .
As having Strong linguistics knowledge is not enough, I am also aware of the SECOND
LANGUAGE ACQUISITION methods which are clearly presented by CHOMSKY
(iannatism, LDA)and Skinner (behaviorism,reinforcement) . Who in some ,believe that a
human is born with language acquisition device which needs to stimulated by the
environment (Chomsky) however the environment plays an important role as they will
need the such feedback from the teachers (skinner). So this implies that as a teacher iam
able to design activities that match to the student’s languages level and giving them the
right feedback for them to get more interested in learning more the language.
As I mentioned before, Iam an experienced teacher, for I have been teaching Portuguese and English at
Secundary and high school .

In conclusion, I believe that my experience goes in accordance to what this position is

about, therefore I expect to hear from you USAP for the interview or even to start
working with you .
