Job Description:

ZARA is currently seeking for a proactive and customer-focused Sales Associate for our
company. As a Sales Associate, you are responsible for customer service and making sure
customers have the best possible experience shopping at ZARA. It is a dream job for a fashion
lover who wishes to start working in one of the most dynamic segments of the retail market.

Responsibilities:
 Welcome and attend customers kindly and answer to the customers needs to deliver
satisfying shopping experience.
 Ensure that store presentation is enhanced by arranging the merchandise of the store.
 Ring up items, maintain customers’ payments correctly, and deal with returns and
exchanges.
 Familiar with the fashion trends existing at the current era and also offer information on
the products we offer to the customers.
 Help with merchandising and making sure that shelves are adequately stocked and
performing stock checks.
 Provide cooperation with other team members to reach the targets, both sales and general
store objectives.
 Always attend to the customer’s questions or concerns and ensure that i address them and
solve their problems adequately and politely.

Qualifications:

 Completed post-secondary education.

 Honesty, reliability and dependability Regarding responsibility and punctuality

 Positive and aggressive attitude towards customer service.
 Multi-tasking and willingness to work in a very busy environment due to the numerous
tasks presented to the post.

 Availability to work during the shift time, on weekends and public holidays, or any other
time convenient for clients, as needed.

 Past experience working in a retail or customer service environment.
