Principle
UVP Photohydrogen plasma air purification and disinfection machine is under the light irradiation of multi
band specific wavelength and intensity.On the one hand, the organic molecules in the air absorb the photon
energy of a specific wavelength, and the organic molecules rapidly decompose into ions, free atoms, excited
molecules or neutral molecules;On the other hand, the oxygen molecules in the air absorb the photon energy
of a certain intensity to form atomic oxygen, ground state oxygen and negative oxygen ions, and the water
molecules and hydrogen in the air generate hydrogen oxygen radicals under the action of high-energy
electrons and active oxygen. When the specific light wave acts on the surface of rare metals such as titanium
and silver, it will also produce decomposition, reduction and oxidation.
Under the action of atomic oxygen, ground state oxygen and hydrogen oxygen free radicals with strong
oxidation properties, not only the photosensitive decomposition products of organic matter are quickly
oxidized into harmless and odorless gases such as water and carbon dioxide, but also the biological pollutants
such as bacteria, viruses, molds in the air are also oxygenated to death, so as to achieve the purpose of
removing harmful gases, smoke and deodorization, disinfection and sterilization, and fresh air.
A Φ65 round hole is opened in the pipeline, and the photohydrogen pipe section of UVP purifier is
inserted into the pipe, and then the shell is fixed on the outer wall of the pipe with four M4 self tapping
screws
The 220V 50Hz power is connected to the power input socket on the chassis by using the distribution
power line.
The synchronization switch is set to "auto" position.
The power switch is set to "on". The purifier will be in standby mode.
Start the ventilation system, and the purifier will start automatically and synchronously.
Close the ventilation system and the purifier will stop working.
