NOTICE

IT IS HEREBY NOTIFIED for the information of the Advocates and

the parties appearing in person at the Principal Seat at Bombay that on
Monday, 10th June 2024 and Tuesday, 11th June 2024 :
I
The reconstituted Division Bench comprising of the Hon’ble Shri.
Justice G. S. Kulkarni and the Hon’ble Shri. Justice Arun R.
Pednekar will take up the extant judicial assignment of the
Division Bench headed by the Hon’ble Shri. Justice G. S. Kulkarni.

The reconstituted Division Bench comprising of the Hon’ble Shri.
Justice B. P. Colabawalla and the Hon’ble Shri. Justice Arif
S. Doctor will take up the extant judicial assignment of the
Division Bench headed by the Hon’ble Shri. Justice
B. P. Colabawalla.

The urgent mentioning and placing of matters pertaining to the
Single Bench presided over by the Hon’ble Shri. Justice Arun
R. Pednekar will be allowed before the Single Bench presided
over by the Hon’ble Shri. Justice Milind N. Jadhav.

The urgent mentioning and placing of matters pertaining to the
Single Bench presided over by the Hon’ble Shri. Justice Arif
S. Doctor will be allowed before the Single Bench presided over
by the Hon’ble Shri. Justice Madhav Jamdar.
