Unstop is hiring for an Associate - Web Operations

We are looking for someone to be the bridge between our Operations team and our users. Your key
responsibilities will include:

1. Resolving user issues and requests promptly

2. Prioritizing and organizing solutions for these issues

3. Building long-term relationships with users

4. Collaborating with the Operations team to ensure timely delivery within SLAs

5. Coordinating with different departments to enhance business operations

6. Developing strategic operations goals with the team

7. Recommending ways to improve business performance and user journey on our website

8. Ensuring quick resolution of user complaints and updating users via email, phone, and online
presentations

Requirements:

1. Freshers welcome

2. Strong communication and presentation skills

3. Ability to influence at all organizational levels, including executive and C-level

Note: This is a non-technical, customer-centric role.
