General Instructions:
1. Application on prescribed proforma must reach this office not later than 15.02.2017.
Applications received after the closing date will not be entertained.
2. Name of Post must be clearly written on envelope at the top right corner, otherwise the
application will not be considered.
3. In case a candidate applies for more than one post, separate envelope and application form
should be used for each post.
4. Above positions are on contract basis, for a period of 3 years. Government employees are
eligible to apply through proper channel.
5. In case of selection of department candidate, pay and project allowance shall be admissible
as per finance department notification dated 21.11.2014.
6. All post are Punjab based, however periodic visits to project sites throughout Punjab are
required.
7. Woman / disable / minorities (Non-Muslim) quota will be observed according to the
Government Policy / Rules for above appointments. However, only such disable persons
will be eligible to be considered for jobs reserved for disabled, who have been declared
disabled and fit for work on a particular job by the Provincial Council as defined in Section 5
of Disabled Persons (Employment and Rehabilitation) Ordinance 1981. (Disability
Certificate must by attached with application).
8. Incomplete applications are liable to be rejected.
9. Only short-listed candidates will be called for test / interview. No TA / DA will be paid for
appearing for the test / interview.
10. Department will not communicate to any candidate other than those who will be short-listed.
