1. Why are you interested in working with us (CavaPrive)?

I’ve been CAVA PRIVE’s follower for about 2,5 years or 3 years. It began when I
saw very beautiful wedding shoes in my Instagram explorer. It belongs to someone I
don’t know who and she tagged CAVA PRIVE’s account. It was my first time
knowing that wedding shoes could be so beautiful and I was even more proud when I
know that CAVA PRIVE is a local brand. I love to see beautiful and organize things
and scrolling to CAVA PRIVE’s account is such a relief because I can feel the joy &
the excitement of the brides or brides to be for their wedding. I really know that
feeling because I’m a bride to be for October 2021 and I want to be the part of their
journey, helping them preparing their dream wedding shoes, and I’ll very happy if
they’re satisfied and love the final result of their dream wedding shoes.
2. What are your greatest strengths and weaknesses?
I love to see organize thing and I really appreciate detail things. So that’s why
sometimes I need more time to make sure that I don’t miss the detail things. For the
detail things, if needed, I’ll do some research to dig more until I can get the details I
need.
3. Why do you leave your current job?
I never leave my job. For now, I’m a translator and language advisor for Islamic
Elementary School Teacher Program (PGMI, Pendidikan Guru Madrasah Ibtidaiyah)’
Journal in my campus (Jurnal Al-Adzka). Usually in a month, I have one to three
scientific journals to translate and edit before I give it to my lecturer to publishing.
4. What is your salary expectation?
My salary expectation is in line with my experience and qualifications. I have trained
my interpersonal skills long before these days. Since junior high school, I have been
active in speech competitions, debates, quiz contests, scientific olympiads, and the
newest is as the only delegation from my campus to join teacher training held by US
Embassy in Pontianak last year. Because of my good interpersonal skills, I got the
best score in my faculty (the best second score in my campus) as the result of my
Student Community Service (KKN). So I expected my salary is about Rp 3.500.000 in
a month. I did my research about the minimun wage in Banjarmasin and Tangerang.
Considering the different minimum wage of both areas, so I took the middle salary.
Because I live in Banjarmasin, South Kalimantan, which means that I can only work
online, I’m open to negotiate the agreement of my salary and I look forward to
discussing what my responsibilities in this company would be.
