Turbocharger - Install (SENR1126-36)

1. Attach a suitable lifting device to turbocharger (7) and position turbocharger (7). The weight of
turbocharger (7) is approximately 50 kg (110 lb).

2. Position gasket (14) on the turbocharger.

3. Secure the exhaust gasket and adjoining part using four bolts (12), four spacers (11), and four
flange lock nuts (13).
Note: Lubricate the bolt threads and lubricate under the head of bolt with copper based anti-
seize or nickel based anti-seize.

NOTICE
Position spacer under the bolt head, not under the nut.

4. Install bolts (12).

Final torque bolts (12) to value of 55 ± 5 N·m (40 ± 3.7 lb ft).

5. Repeat steps 1 through 3 for the remaining three turbochargers.

6. Install bolts (10).

7. Install bolts (9) to turbocharger (7).

8. Install bolts (8) to turbocharger (7). Remove the suitable lifting device.

9. Connect tube assembly (6).

10. Install bolts (5).

11. Connect tube assembly (4).

12. Connect tube assemblies (1) and (3). Install bolt (2).
