A MOBILISATION AND DEMOBILISATION

Allow for provisions of all necessary, workers,
accommodation, machineries and equipment for
transportation to the site, handling, maintenance fuel,
operator and removal of the site after the completion of the
works L/S 1

B SITE OFFICE, WORKMEN ACCOMMODATION,

TEMPORARY STORES, SHADES AND FACILITIES
The Contractor shall provide all necessary facilities and
maintain on the site the following temporary buildings:
Contractors Site Office including adequate size, bar bending,
jointery & similar works, formworks etc. 24/7 security guard
and lock up store for materials, equipment etc. Temporary
accommodation for workers & with temporary latrines and
discharge into an appropriate size. L/S 1

C WORK PROGRAMME, PROGRESS REPORT,

PHOTOGRAPH & METHOD OF STATEMENT
The Contractor shall prepare and submit to the Employer 5
copies of monthly progress report and Method Statement of
the Work throughout the Construction period. Prepare a
sufficient detailed work programme for the execution and
completion of the Work. L/S 1

D PROJECT COMMISSIONING
Submit requeired documentation such as statutory
documentations, warranties, certificate of approval or
acceptance from regulatory bodies, maintenance manual
contents (operation, maintenance instructions, records,
drawings, spare parts, materials) for completeness. Attend
'end of work' testing and break in or start up demonstrations. L/S 1

E AS BUILT DRAWINGS
The Contractor to submit all related as built drawings
endorsed by Professional Engineer L/S 1

F CLEANING THE WORKS

On completion of the Works and before the issuance of the
Certificate of practical Completion the Contractor shall carry
out final cleaning and commissioning of the Works L/S 1

G STAMP DUTY L/S 1 INCLUDED

A TEMPORARY ACCESS ROAD AND DRAINS

The Contractor shall provide and maintain temporary access,
ramps, temporary crossings during the execution of the
Works, clear away the same on completion and reinstate and
make good any work disturbed all to the satisfaction of the
Engineer and pay all charges and fees in connection
therewith.

The Contractor shall provide necessary temporary drainage

on and about the site to adequately keep the site free from
water, and such drains shall be so constructed and directed
that the discharge shall not dirty, contaminated or pollute
existing stream or river, adjoining properties and roadways.
In this regards, the Contractor shall not claim for extension of
time for completion due to stoppage of work by the Local
Authority for the contravention of regulations and byelaws. L/S 1
