1.2. Test Procedure

➢ Before commencing of test, ensure that the all the safety measures complied.
➢ Ensure that MCCB is isolate from supply.
➢ Metering CT secondary terminal kept short.
➢ Do the tests set up.
➢ Switch On the current injection kit, Increase the Current gradually up to 2 times of set current of MCCB.
➢ Note down the Current and Operating time readings.
➢ Follow the above procedure for all other MCCB’s.
(1) Long time Inverse : Ir=x In (2). Short Circuit : Isd=x In ( 3). Instantaneous : *Ir (4). Earth Fault : Ig=%In

NOTE : Above Settings Not Applicable for this MCCB Except Instantaneous trip.
