Data Collection Method

This study will use cluster sampling method to select their respondents. Cluster sampling

is when the researchers divide the population in groups called clusters. Then a simple random

sampling method is used to obtain the respondents in each cluster. This allows the researchers to

generalize the population and it helps the researchers with their time management in conducting

the study.

The researchers chose to use this method because in their study the population are the

Tarlac State University staffs and students. In order to make the sample size of the respondents

lessen, we divided the population into different groups of colleges in order to save time and

allow the researchers to conduct the study with ease.

Issue of Validity & Reliability

By using the (experimental) method in this research study, we will briefly know that that

the study is valid and reliable for all staffs and student of Tarlac State University. Also, it is valid

because the water treatment used, which wastewater treatment if very efficient for all comfort

rooms and for more comfortability for staffs and students. This research study is more reliable

because by predicting it, it will have consistent positive results when the product was already

innovated.
