300mA High frequency X-Ray unit with Manual 5 position patient table.
The following are the minimum specification required :
1. X-Ray Generator :
1.1 The high power R/F system should have high frequency (50000 pulses or more) inverter type
generator.
1.2 32kW High voltage generator with inverter frequency and Maximum output of 32kW.
1.3 Radiographic kV range : 40-125 kV.
1.4 Maximum mA : 300mA or higher.
1.5 Radiographic exposure time range : 5msec to 1 Sec.
1.6 LED readout for exposure parameter display.
1.7 Microprocessor controlled with automatic exposure control.
1.8 Two point radiographic technique – Selection of kV and mAs only.
1.9 Automatic setting of optimal digital radiography parameters from fluoroscopy parameters (kV, mAs).
1.10 Last technique parameters re-call.
2. Radiographic table.
2.1 5 Position manual operation patient table.
2.2 Table tilt : (+) 90 degree – (-) 12 degree.
2.3 Cassette / Film size : 8 × 10 inch, 14 × 17 inch, 12 × 15 inch.
2.4 X-Ray Grid : 8:1, 100 lines/cm.
2.5 Should be supplied with Foot switch, foot rest, hand grips, Collimator.
2.6 Dual slot collimator.
2.7 It should have a Bucky system which can accommodate standard radiographic cassettes.
3. X-Ray Tube.
3.1 Min 115 KHU – BHEL / Toshiba / Varian Tube.
3.2 High speed rotating anode tube of 2800 rpm or better.
3.3 Dual focal spot.
- Small focus – not more than 1.2mm.
- Large focus - not more than 2.0mm.
3.4 Short term rating – 20 kW / 40kW or better.
3.5 HT Cable pair 10m or more.
4. Accessories :
4.1 Lead aprons, thyroid &pelvic guards with each unit.
4.2 Chest stand should be provided to do radiography without grid.
4.3 The unit should be provided with vertical Bucky.
4.4 It should be provided with a removable GRID of 8:1 ratio (minimum) & focus distance of 180cm.
4.5 Each unit to be provided with dark room tanks (4No.s), Safe light (One), Dryer (One), Hangers for
X-ray films.
4.6 Two sets of grid based high speed cassettes of 12” × 15”, 10” × 12”, 8” × 10” with one set of spare
screens of each supplied cassette.
4.7 Lead alphabets & numbers 3 sets.
4.8 Lead partition 6” × 3” with lead glass window mounted on wheels.
5. Power Requirements.
5.1 3 Phase AC Supply, 50 Hz, Line Resistance ≤0.3 Ω.
5.2 Power Consumption not more than 25 kVA.
6. AERB type approval is mandatory.
7. The unit should be CE Certified (Notified Body) or USFDA Approved.
