PROCEDURE FOR ADMISSION CONFIRMATION - ROUND 01

[એડમિશન કન્ફિમ કરવા િાટે ની પ્રક્રિયા – રાઉન્ડ 01]

DECLARATION OF RESULT OF SEAT ALLOTMENT AND PRINTING OF ALLOTMENT LETTER

[બેઠકોની ફાળવણીના પરિણામની જાહેિાત અને એલોટમેન્ટ લેટિનું પ્રિન્ટીંગ]

• After choice filling ACPUGMEC will declare result as per the merit number and choices filled by the
candidate. [ચોઈસ ફીલલુંગના િરિયા બાદ ACPUGMEC ઉમેદવાિના મેરિટ અને ચોઈસને ધ્યાનમાું િાખી બેઠકોની ફાળવણીના

પરિણામની જાહેિાત કિશે.]

• Candidate can download his allotment letter and fees challan from his account after login with the
help of User ID & Password. [ઉમેદવાિ યઝિ આઇડી અને પાસવડડની મદદથી લોગ-ઇન કયાડ પછી પોતાનો એલોટમેન્ટ લેટિ
અને ફીના ચલણ ડાઉનલોડ કિી શકશે].

PAYMENT OF FEES [ફી ની ચુકવણી]

• Candidate can pay the tuition fees of allotted college either by online payment mode through official
website of ACPUGMEC or by cash/ Demand Draft through designated branch of bank (List of
designated HDFC bank’s branches is available on admission committee’s website
http://medadmgujarat.org/ug/home.aspx). [ઉમેદવાિે કપ્રમટી દ્વાિા મુંજૂિ કિાયેલ બેન્કની શાખાઓમાું (મુંજૂિ
કિાયેલ એચ.ડી.એફ.સી. બેન્કની શાખાઓની યાદી િવેશ સપ્રમપ્રતની વેબસાઇટ www.medadmgujarat.org પિ ઉપલબ્ધ છે )
ટ્યશન ફી અથવા ટ્યશન ફીનો તફાવત (જો ફી અગાઉના િાઉન્ડમાું ચૂકવવામાું આવી હોય તો) ઓનલાઈન પેમન્ે ટ ગેટવે (વેબસાઇટ
પિ ઉપલબ્ધ) અથવા િોકડ િકમ અથવા ડીમાન્ડ ડ્રાફ્ટ “ACPUGMEC”, payable at Gandhinagar દ્વાિા જમા કિાવી

શકશે.]

• After payment of tuition fees students has to collect receipt generated from ACPUGMEC portal in 2
copies and copy of challan (2 copies). [ટ્યશન ફી જમા કિાવવા માટે ઉમેદવાિે ફક્ત અપ્રધકૃત બેંકની પ્રનયક્ત શાખા
(વેબસાઇટ પિ ઉપલબ્ધ યાદીની) ની મલાકાત લેવી પડશે. ટ્યશન ફીની ચકવણી પછી પ્રવદ્યાથીઓએ ACPUGMEC પોટડલમાુંથી
બનાવેલી િસીદ 2 નકલોમાું અને ચલણની નકલ (2 નકલો) લેવાની િહેશે.]

• For NRI Candidate: The candidate who has been allotted seat in NRI category, he/she has to pay
Rs. 5.00 lakh (as Refundable Deposit) by online payment gateway or cash or Demand Draft in favor
of “ACPUGMEC” payable at Gandhinagar in the designated bank’s branches approved by
ACPUGMEC. After that students have to confirm the admission by submitting Original Documents
Help Center. Then candidate has to pay prescribed tuition fees in US Dollar or equivalent amount in
any currency on or before 21st August, 2023 up to 03:00 pm at admitted institute. If any candidate
fails to deposit this fee at admitted institute in stipulated timeframe, the admission will be
considered as cancelled. ACPUGMEC will refund the deposit amount of Rs. 5.00 lakh after the

રડમાન્ડ ડ્રાફ્ટ “ACPUGMEC”, payable at Gandhinagar દ્વાિા િવેશ મેળવ્યા બાદ કપ્રમટી દ્વાિા પ્રનયત કિેલ બેંકની
શાખામાું ભિવાની િહેશે. ત્યાિબાદ િવેશ મેળવેલ સુંસ્થા ખાતે પ્રનયત કિેલ ફી અમેરિકન ડોલિમાું અથવા સમકક્ષ કોઈ પણ ચલણમાું
તા.૨૧ ઓગસ્ટ, ૨૦૨૩, બપોિે ૦૩:૦૦ વાગ્યા સધીમાું જમા કિાવવાની િહેશ.ે જો કોઈ ઉમેદવાિ પ્રનયત કિેલ સમયમયાડદા માું
ફી સુંસ્થામાું જમા નપ્રહ કિાવે તો િવેશ િદ થયેલ ગણાશે. રડપોઝીટ રૂપે જમા કિાવેલ રૂ. ૫.૦૦ લાખ ની િકમ સમગ્ર િવેશ કાયડવાહી
પૂણડ થયા બાદ રિફુંડ તિીકે પિત આપવામાું આવશે.]

• Candidate has to take prior appointment for the Document Submission at Help Center.
Candidate can select the Date and Help Center for Document Submission at the time of
printing the Allotment Letter. [ઉમેદવાિે હેલ્પ સેન્ટિ ખાતે અસલ િમાણપત્રો જમા કિાવવા માટે અગાઉથી
અપોઈન્ટમેન્ટ લેવાની િહેશ,ે ઉમેદવાિે પોતાની જાતે, એલોટમેન્ટ લેટિની પ્રિન્ટ લેતી વખતે, અસલ િમાણપત્રો જમા કિાવવા માટેની
તાિીખ અને હેલ્પ સેન્ટિ પસુંદ કિી શકશે.]

• After payment of tuition fees, the candidates who have been allotted seat, they have to submit their
original documents at appointed Help Centre as under [ટ્યશન ફીની ચકવણી કયાડ બાદ, જે ઉમેદવાિોને િવેશ
ફાળવેલ છે , તેવા તમામ ઉમેદવાિોએ એપોઇન્ટમેન્ટ લીધેલ હેલ્પ સેન્ટિ ખાતે નીચે મજબ અસલ િમાણપત્રો જમા કિાવવાના
િહેશે.]:

4. Print Copy NEET-UG mark-sheet of current academic year [વતડમાન શૈક્ષપ્રણક વર્ડ ની NEET-UG
માકડશીટની પ્રિન્ટ]
5. Std. 10th Marksheet [ધો. ૧૦ ની માકડશીટ]

6. Std. 12th Marksheet [ધો. ૧૨ ની માકડશીટ]

7. Document showing place of birth & Date of Birth & Indian Citizenship (School leaving
Certificate/ Transfer Certificate- compulsory for all candidates & Birth Certificate/ Passport--If
